I had probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The food was okay, and most of the employees were fine besides the manager. I dont know her name, but she has got to be the most stuck up, condescending, rude, snobby person I’ve had to put up with. I’ve been here twice and she was like this last time too. Whoever runs this place needs to get her out ASAP, it’s genuinely mortifying that she has kept her position this long (2 months since last time I was there) mark my words she singlehandedly will run this store into the ground. I am never going back. I don’t want the chance of ever laying eyes on this so called “manager” ever again.

I have ordered from this location twice now and I’m very disappointed to say that, although the food I got was delicious, the attention to detail on orders is lacking. The first time they forgot my fries, which was the whole reason I decided to try it in the first place, so i was really bummed about that. I let it go because it was a delivery order, not in store, and stuff happens. Then, I ordered again last night, which was a couple months after the first time. This time, I ordered a grilled sandwich which wasn’t grilled at all when I got it, just a cold sandwich, and I paid 1.99 for extra bacon and got 2 small pieces of bacon. My husband got a salad and for almost $10 you get a bowl of lettuce with very sparse toppings. You get more from a $5 prepared salad at the grocery store. For the prices they charge I expect better. So all in all, very disappointed, and I probably won’t eat there again unless I’m going into the location to get it.

I was there about 1:30 Sunday afternoon. My cashier was Robert. I didn’t get everyone else name. There was a shift manager and a young lady cooking. That were so pleasant, quick and accurate. I was tired from an hour and a half of grocery shopping and they absolutely made my day. Food was great, as usual.

The best penny station I ever had, the place is clean, the team is very friendly and went above and beyond making me the perfect sub exactly how I asked having only 30 minutes to close the store.
Just amazing! If I could, I would give 10 stars and recommend that the manager from the 82nd Street location in Indianapolis learn how to manage a restaurant from this unit.
