I cannot “not-recommend” a store more than this one right here.

Where do I start?

I’m unsure of how many hands this place has changed, or if the child I saw working the kitchen (genuinely, maybe TEN years old) owns the place, but dear lord. I’ve never had so many bad experiences in my life.

“Well why do you keep eating there?”

We -only- eat there because when the food is good, it’s good. However, a 6 piece of boneless wings should come with 6 relatively meaty pieces, and they give us the corner bit off of a piece of fried chicken. I’ve seen more generous helpings at Speedway, and who trusts gas station chicken wings? Nobody. But that doesn’t say much for the company with WING in their business name.

Whether the lady in the back is wearing shoes is also a concern. But any time you call them up? Nothing is done. No accountability. No resolution.

Extra Sauce not in the bag.
Missing quantity of the items.
Overcooked/rock hard wings at times.
ONE pretzel rod when they only come in an order of 3, AND charged us full price? Unacceptable. Hell, you can’t even tell is they sweep the floor in the front of the place because they replaced the rugs out front with perforated non slip interlocking KITCHEN rugs. Not to mention, the condom wrapper trapped beneath the floor mats right when you walk in.

Really goes to show that this franchise owner ONLY cares about the money coming in, and doesn’t mind the money that we need to REFUND because they can’t do a damn thing right. I can only imagine how many more people get their food and are faced with this kind of disappointment. It’s absurd.

No. Do not go here. Do not order food and steer clear. The health department needs to be called and I’ll be honored to be the one to do it.

Great food and nice restaurant. Not really much space to eat in, but carry out orders are made quickly to order. Make sure to ask for your sauces, even if you ordered them. They tend to forget to give them to you. Overall the experience was nice. Friendly cashier, great food, and reasonably priced. Be sure to check out the daily specials! They won’t mention them to you, but they are listed on the walls.

I visited Airway Rd, Dayton store, at approximately 7:10pm. My visit was the most unfornate visit I have ever received at this location. The past few visits have been a little rough, but this was by far the worst.
I tried placing an order online to pick up and was unsuccessful. The site kept telling me it was unable to verify my basket, so I went to the store to place my order in person. When I walked in the store the person at the counter was having a personal conversation with the customer in front of me for about 5 minutes before they placed an order.
– 30 original – 1/2 hot mango, 1/2 cool ranch)
-20 boneless & large fry (1/2 chipotle bbq, 1/2 cool rach)
Once I placed my order, they said it would be 10-15 minutes for my order to be ready. I watched them get the customer’s order that was in front of me together and then stood at the counter talking for another 5 minutes. They then got a doordash order together, then mine. While, they was getting the doordash order together, one of the fryers timers were going off for a good 2 minutes. I did not leave the store until 7:52pm.
When I got home, and opened our order, the original wings were correct, but the rest was less than subpar. The boneless wings were something spicy that tasted nothing like Chipotle bbq, there was no cool ranch boneless wings, and the fries were overcooked and tasted like the old oil.
This visit will be my last visit to any wingzone as I have lost confidence in the ability of the employees and quality of food.

Stay away!!!

Claimed they never received my online order even though I had confirmation and money taken from my account.

The food was absolutely disgusting. Our mac and cheese bites were still frozen. The consistency of the chicken was all over the place. Some of the boneless wings seemed overcooked and some seemed under cooked.

And on top of all of that, I think someone lives there… that’s definitely an air mattress behind the counter.

The chicken was raw, ordered this from door dash absolutely unacceptable bit into it and found it squishy and pink as seen in the pictures, I’m not one to leave bad reviews usually but this is unreal someone could get seriously sick from this, I may end up getting sick from this. I would rate this 0
If possible. Edited:(reply to the owner) my review is still going to stay the same the DoorDash order was under my girlfriends name I can assure you this was your store, it is the closest store to the hospital where we ordered our wings too, I’m not giving you a completely unfair review you need to learn how to cook wings that is completely unacceptable. I’m not writing fake reviews on here for the fun of it.

I originally ordered Honey Q wings but accidentally received Smoking Q instead, which were way spicier than I expected. I called the store, and the staff were super friendly and immediately offered to make it right by giving me Honey Q wings with fries on the house the next day. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it was awesome—great customer service and really nice people!

The absolute best customer service experience. They helped me so much today. Gave me directions and whe. I came back for my order all three lady’s walked me kindly through the menu assuring the best deals were applied and even covered the difference when I was accidentally short. food was top notch!!!. Hot fresh and delicious my cashier was Sophia and Nanda and Jessica were very very helpful!! Ill be back and with more customers.

My fiance and I aren’t from around the area and decided to stop here on the way home. We were excited as we love wings but wing zone came very short of wing lovers. We ordered boneless wings and proceeded to wait 40 minutes, in the middle of the wait the worker told us they had to go “buy more wings” and never apologized for the wait. The chicken itself looks like chopped up chicken tenders instead of boneless bites, my fiance could barely eat the garlic parm and there was nothing special about the regular buffalo sauce. The owner never came out to apologize for the wait or give any sort of reasonable hospitality. I would skip this one and find a different wing stop.

As much as i love Wing Zone the company because it’s more affordable and the flavors are good. This is the only one within Dayton since the one in West Carrollton is closed, they should have just went ahead and closed this one down too. It’s been a solid 4 years since the last time i ordered Wing Zone and it was just terrible. Bought a 100 pack for a party and they got the order wrong TWICE. It was as if they gave me somebody else’s order or simply didn’t even bother looking at what they were supposed to be making for their outgoing orders. This place is a waste of money for the consumers and the company itself.

TL;DR They don’t pay attention to what they’re supposed to be making and make whatever they want for you. Just go somewhere else.

Completed an order online. Specified on ordered I would like sauce on the side. Wings were covered in sauce. I presented the order and receipt to worker as this was not the first time. She stated I should’ve taken extra initiative to call and let them know it should be on the side. I asked why when it is on the order already. She was rude and stated it would be 10 minutes, I requested a refund. She didn’t want to process it because it was already made, while I understand they prepared it, the order was still wrong with no apology or accountability. Poor service overall. Never had this issue before, not sure what has changed.
