Authentic Mexican food from a truck. Fast and delicious. Best tripas in Birmingham and surrounding area, so come early on the weekends bc they run out of it by around 12ish. Their menu isn’t as extensive as a full restaurant but the flavor of each dish (which I’ve tried) is beyond outstanding.
