Service and atmosphere:
This is stylish and well designed restaurant. It offers comfortable seating arrangements, good live music and clean facilities.
Staff were polite but could be more attentive.
Food:
Menu was well designed and offered good selection of traditional dishes.
I ordered Khao Soi. It was well presented but lacked the traditional flavours I was looking for. The spice was definitely missing.
The dessert on the other hand was outstanding. Great combination of ingredients and flavours!
Pricing:
Standard and worth the atmosphere.

Had some lovely thai food at Kin Dee. Started with two appetizers. First were, of course, the Flower Dumplings because just look how beautiful these are of course I’m gonna order it. Had a nice crunchy peanut filling! Second we also had the Chicken Satay which were pretty simple, grilled chicken with a peanut sauce, but good!
For my main I chose the Premium Tiger Cry which was a marinated steak that was cooked well, but it came with this unbelievable sauce that like shocked me at how good it was omg. It was called North Eastern Special Sauce which I’m not sure what that means but wow thats divine like I don’t think Ive ever tried a flavor like this sauce before. Rice and veggies were good and loved the little container the rice came in.
For dessert I had a Thai Tea Creme Brûlée which yes, it is as good as it sounds. Also had a cocktail called this Asia-tini which was a lychee-pear-sake martini, very yum!

We came here for lunch to celebrate my co worker’s birthday last November. Ambiance is very pleasing. The food was delicious and tasty. The presentation of every meal is so impressive. The servers are awesome special mention to Tracy, she’s an all star! ✨️ Her vibe and service were beyond our expectation. We’re definitely going back to this amazing Thai restaurant.

My husband and I came in around 11 AM to try the lunch menu at Kin Dee Thai, and it was such a great experience from start to finish. It was our first time here, and our waiter really made us feel welcome. He walked us through the menu, gave a few recommendations, and we’re glad we listen everything he suggested was spot on!
Turns out, he was also the bartender, and his drinks were just as impressive. The crab rice was absolutely delicious, flavorful, fresh, and perfectly portioned. We left full, happy, and already talking about when we’ll be back. Great food, great service, and a really nice atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I think the waiter forgot about me, waited about 10 minutes to finally order.
The food was good, not too oily or greasy. Good portion sizes. The egg was smaller than most places I’ve been.

How does one not absolutely fall in love with this place!? Super clean, beautiful decor, perfect climate temperature, and comfy seating. Kay was our experience extraordinaire who made sure we tried things we’d truly love and she brought a great smile the whole time. My wife is Thai and the menu is overwhelming with variety, we were both thrilled! It boasts dishes from all regions of Thailand and drinks to match! The creativity of the cocktail menu almost requires you to not drink the same thing twice. There’s so many appetizers, entrees, desserts, and drinks you just can’t cover it all in one visit. Food is very fresh and there wasn’t a single thing I tasted that wasn’t an absolute delight. Kay was very warm and attentive even with a packed house, I’m talking like maybe one or two tables left, and she didn’t miss a beat. We can’t wait to come back and bring the family. I had my birthday dinner at Kin Dee this last weekend and it was so fun! They had a cute little sign on the table for me, and our waitress / bartender Kay was so lovely! Our party also had some dietary restrictions (Gluten free/Celiac, nut and fish allergies), and they were very accommodating which we appreciated. She took such great care of us, I highly recommend! 🙂

Kin Dee is one of my favorite Thai restaurants in Houston. Every single dish is absolutely delicious!!! The portions are perfect for the price. On top of the delicious food, the customer service is out of this world!!!! Whatever training you all are doing with your staff, please keep doing it. It’s evident they love their job because they are being treated well. I notice the small things. A very special kudos goes to my server SUWITT who was EXCEPTIONALLY friendly, attentive, and KIND. What a gentle soul May Kin Dee Thai always be a Houston staple!

We came here for Mother’s Day. I have been to Thailand many times and could tell the Thai food in this restaurant was delicious and authentic. The ambience was modern elegant, waiter was professional. Everything we had was good! My daughter discovered this place and I am so glad we found a good Thai restaurant in Houston.

This is a Thai restaurant located in The Heights, they have a shared parking lot, so you will not have problems parking, and you don’t have to pay for Valet (big plus!).
The are a little hidden, look for the patio with tables and lights!
The interior of this restaurant is gorgeous, clean and well distributed.

I ordered just a few dishes, for appetizers I got the Money Bags (their own version of a spring roll) and the Flower Dumpligs (vegetarian). These flower dumplings first of all are so beautiful! You don’t even want to eat them! They are so delicious! And the flower shape is done by hand! Wow! So talented!
The money bags were not of my liking, but I’ve heard they are very popular.
For main dish I got the Panang Curry with shrimp, it did not disappoint!
My favorite?? Their Mango Sticky Rice!!! It comes with ice cream and it was PERFECT! This is the best Mango Sticky Rice I have tried in Houston!
Their service is wonderful! Everyone was attentive and they can help you with the menu if you do not know what to order.
