always love the quick friendly service I get. this was the 1st time I’ve ever had an issue n was VERY UPSET with how the manager spoke to her team. The team was busy, being a friday evening and were all doing a great job of getting food made n being busy.None of them were smiling like normal. For what looked to be no reason the mgr, KAITLYN, screamed for someone to go move food on the rack where finished orders sit, (she was cutting&boxing pizzas..). the young man immediately went to move 1 order for whatever reason. I am a supervisor in customer service and would NEVER speak to my team that way. i made sure to get her name & when i left i told the team LOUDY they were doing a WONDERFUL JOB, no matter what anyone else thought!!! keep up the great job!!

Truly disappointed by the current staff. We have been using them for years, with good experiences, but the current manager yelled at my husband and hung up the phone on me rather than dealing with the situation.

In one week i purchased pizza from this Dominos. Both times the boxes were so lite in weight. Pizzas hardly had any cheese or toppings.
To make sure it wasn’t me and to make my family satisfied with their meals, I purchased identical pizzas from my usual Domino’s and saw that it wasn’t me. The Front Royal Domino’s clearly cheated me and my family out of a good meal. The pizza with little to no toppings and all crust is from Front Royal. I’ll never shop this restaurant again.

I ordered Dominos for delivery. I ordered online at 5:30 and the order did not arrive till 7:05. The pizza was soggy and barely warm. The wings were also barely warm and not very good. I made a complaint, and they would give one free pizza or 20% off my next order. I am unhappy, and the last few orders have been disappointing.

Placed an order online, showed up to pick it up, rudely got told they weren’t taking anymore orders. The guy ended up finding my order makes food , I then ask if I could have sauce for my bread ball bites and dude says “did you pay for it”, uhm excuse me?! Sadly I have to give this store 2 stars. I was hoping when I called and left 2 messages for the store manager to call me he/she would but, guess not. I ordered 2 large, pepperoni, extra cheese light on sauce a few nights ago. I get it, it was late at night. But if you are going to stay open late you should make your orders. By time the pizza was delivered and I went to eat the pizza it looked so sad for a $35 plus $10 tip kinda of pizza. Store was closed or I would have called. I did send an email to corporate but never heard anything. But the pizza had No garlic butter, barely any cheese at all and I said light sauce and I don’t even think they put any one it. I’ll add a photo! But yeah almost $50 and only ate a few pieces. Sad because I’ve always had great service and pizza with Dominoe’s.

I typically get this everyone other week but I picked some pizza and garlic knots they were sooo amazing. I can admit there has been a time or two I have purchased from here and it’s slopped together really quick but it says barrington and if that’s true you did AMAZING.

ROughly 2 months before today I ordered my wife and i each a Buffalo chicken pizza using the $6.99 deal, they did not put the buffalo sauce on the pizza. i called to say something and they gave me a credit on my account for two free pizzas….tonight i ordered the same thing, two buffalo chicken pizzas and wouldnt you guess…no buffalo. this time i had checked before the driver left, he took the pizzas back and they put the ENTIRE BOTTLE of buffalo on the SAME pizzas, not fresh ones….never ordering from this dominoes again SMH

Horrible service. Ordered a pizza with Philly steak and green peppers and it only has green peppers on it and I called the store and one of the associates said it has steak on it. I really don’t see it. I hope this review helps people for future orders
