I had came for dinner with my wife for the free burger day. As we are enjoying our meal with a conversation my wife and I had witnessed an older woman scream at what I assume is her employee to clean the bathroom. The young lady proceeded to walk to the bathroom cleaning supplies like a sad puppy. This is no way to speak to your employees, especially with many guests at your establishment.

Just left the drive-thru lane, we were the only customers. Brisa was getting irritated over the slightest things when we were figuring out what to order. Responding short to us changing our mind on a few things. We asked if they could please replace our drink since it tasted off, and once we received our order, they immediately closed the window and walked away seemingly very annoyed. Sucks to get trash customer service.
