For a fast casual Chinese place, this place rocks! Food is fresh and ready to serve. No wait. Tasty and not to salty. The Rangoons are disappointing though, they need more flavor. White rice was decent, not sticky but not too dry. Chicken is well cooked and fresh. Not cheap but not too bad. About $14 per person.

I’ve been to several different locations of this eatery, and this one was great for sure. It was easy to get a parking space (unlike in Del Mar), it was clean, and the servers act like they really love their jobs.

The portion sizes were very small and did not justify the price. Paying $15 for such a limited amount of food was disappointing. Additionally, the manager’s response and overall customer service were unprofessional. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return to this location.

Accessibility: they have accessible parking directly in front of the store and a ramp to get up to the sidewalk and building. The door to get inside is a pull door but today they had it propped open. The bathrooms are open, single person bathrooms big enough for wheelchairs.
Experience: they now have indoor seating (8-25-2021), and still the same 3 tables for outdoor dining. The food is always nice and hot, employees wear masks and are very kind.

Good afternoon! Facility is clean, but there was (understandably) a bit of a wait. There was a large order in front of me. The manager Maricela made eye contact with me a few times as I walked in and waited (I was next in line), but gave no other acknowledgment. No “welcome in” or “we’ll be right with you”. She wasn’t making conversation with the customer whose order she was making either. It was just awkward silence for a few minutes until she was ready to take my order. On the other hand, Cecilia who was working the register was very polite and enthusiastic, greeted me and quickly rang up my order as I got to the register. I work in customer service, and greetings are a HUGE part of setting the atmosphere for customers. Please remind Maricela of this, as it can change the whole experience of a visit.
Side note, your location off of San Marcos Blvd is absolutely WONDERFUL (which is where I usually go)! Customers are always greeted with a bright smile by ALL staff along with “we will be right with you” and “thank you for your patience” when it’s especially busy.

Ordered Grubhub, specifically ordered 10 hot sauce in my order from panda specifically and only got 2. Don’t order from here unless you’re picking up yourself. Absolute waste of money and portions are way smaller aswell

Our server Ralynn D was making fun of me and my friend while ordering (keep in mind we’re just teenagers) once me and my friend walked in, we were deciding where to sit, and once we started ordering, she told the chief “look at them the they’ve been here for two minutes only, relax” while laughing at my friend and I. Her and I have really bad anxiety while ordering/paying and for her to be laughing at 2 TEENAGE GIRLS that were just trying to get lunch! Like what the heck? work on you customer service!!

I don’t know what’s going on with this branch. It’s nothing but empty trays. You have to wait 25 to 30 minutes for them to cook to order. The servers have absolutely nothing but attitude. Utterly disrespectful toward their customers. I witnessed them yelling at a customer over a simple item they didn’t have ready like they should. And they had attitude because they had to make it. I’m absolutely repulsed by this branch.
Take your business elsewhere unless you want to be insulted and ruin your evening because they successfully do that. Every time I go in with every customer they serve.

Shout out to Julian and Christian! I haven’t been out in society for months after a bad car accident. Today was my first day heading into town on my own with my son. He wanted to go to panda. Even with my slow speech and trouble with the app download from my brain injury, they never rushed me or made me feel like a bother. We got a ton of food to take home and they were incredible about communicating the wait, separation of bags for those who needed it for lunch the next day, and honestly? They were just genuinely friendly, happy guys. It made my day being able to interact with people again. I was so nervous about how it would go and they (despite not knowing anything about my first day out or brain injury) treated me with such kindness. I really appreciate them and hope Panda Express does too!
