A lot of the reviews below are from people who ordered ten mins ahead for a new food spot expecting it to be served as soon as they get there. I ordered at 1259 it did take 40 mins but the place was literally packed. The food was fresh and the staff were excellent.

Visited this location 3 days after grand opening on a Sunday between 1 and 2pm. Naturally, the place was crowded and had a long wait time for the food. I was expecting this based on the factors at play. All the employees were working very hard to fulfill orders as quickly and accurately as possible, while also working to solve any issues that came up with customer orders and keeping the place stocked. They have a really great crew, and the food came out excellent. If you are wanting quick in and out service, now is not the time to visit due to how new the store is and how many people are wanting to try it out all at once. But if youre willing to wait, the team will take care of you and deliver some delicious wings!

No one called my name when food ready ( and took my name on arrival) was only person sitting there for, when I go check its been ready and cold 30 min or more.The mild buffalo was good. Lemon pepper tasted like trix cereal. Overall disappointing.

Ordered the 15 bone in meal for 2 as take out. Got garlic parm and lemon pepper. Wings had nice crunch but ZERO flavor. We ended up putting bbq from home on them for flavor. Fries were the best seasoned item we got. Ranch was good as well…DO BETTER WINGSTOP!!

Ordered online waited 40 minutes to go in which app said only 20 to 25 minutes. They hadn’t even started on the order said they were at least another 40 minutes behind schedule! Then asked for a refund, they said it would take at least six days and they wrote it down on a sticky note?!?!?!
