The sub was cooked fresh. I had the chicken bacon ranch on wheat. The service was fantastic and very friendly. The restaurant was very clean and organized.

The sub could have had little more chicken and less lettuce. Overall, I would go back and recommend.

I came in during a busy moment to pick up my order, and the cashier still greeted me with a smile and handed it over without missing a beat. The food here is always consistently great—fresh ingredients, good portions, and definitely worth every penny. I just wish I’d remembered to ask for extra mayo on my sandwich! Totally on me for forgetting to add it in the notes—not the team’s fault. Great service, great food, and a friendly atmosphere every time.

Our sports team ordered 4 boxes of sandwiches from here and it did not disappoint! Each sandwich (6″ portions) was individually wrapped, taped tight and clean, and labeled with exactly what was inside the wrapper. Condiments were on the side and even the famous “Jersey Mikes” vinegar and oil bottle was included. It was a great experience for our event and appreciate how helpful their staff was. The cookies were a fantastic hit as well!

This is the best Jersey Mikes in the game! They’re always so kind, efficient, and my sub is always perfection. I travel quite a bit and have been to a few all over the place and never have the same great experience I do as when I come here! Appreciate you guys more than you’ll ever know!

This was my first time visiting Jersey Mike’s in Carmel (6/27 @ appx 1:30pm), and the experience was just okay. The older gentleman who initially helped me was great—friendly and patient as I looked over the menu. I decided on a wheat turkey provolone sub, and that part of the interaction was smooth.

However, things went downhill a bit when he handed off the sandwich-making to a younger male employee. When he asked if I wanted it “Mike’s Way,” I wasn’t familiar with what that meant and asked for clarification. His response was begrudging and lacked courtesy, which left a negative impression. I clearly asked for tomatoes, banana peppers, and relish. Despite that, he added pickles instead of banana peppers. When I corrected him, he visibly mumbled something to a coworker and scraped the pickles off—putting them back into the bin—before finally adding the right toppings. That part felt unsanitary and dismissive.

The rest of the staff, including the young lady who completed my order, were fine—neutral but not particularly warm. The sandwich itself was alright, but nothing memorable.

Overall, not the best first impression. I might try another location in the future, but I wouldn’t rush back to this one.

These guys have been doing subs great for many years. Yes, they are a little pricey but just so good. I have enjoyed the number 7. It is really an awesome turkey and provolone delicious meal.
They offer four different breads.
My favorite is parmesan cheese.

The sandwich is always made fresh when you order it. No precut meat or cheese.
I get mine finished with their ‘Mike’s Way’.

Check them out sometime soon and see what happens for you.

Stopped in for lunch and there was an extremely long line. We jumped in and waited our turn. Watching the staff was like watching a work of art.
The team worked fluidly and made orders with precision, our time came quickly. Our order was perfection. The only slight concern was temperature of the restaurant was a bit warm and uncomfortable and seating was limited by the crowd. Would definitely go back, a favorite place to stop.

It’s so noisy everyone has to shout. The sandwiches are only ok. There isn’t a lot of customization available. The price for what you get is way too high. My son and I both got regular sandwiches with chips and a drink. It cost $40. We can go to a much better restaurant and feed three people for less than that. The only reason we go here is because my son has a peanut and tree nut allergy. Jimmy John’s has an allergy warning and Subway keeps peanut butter cookies next to the register. Unfortunately we’re stuck going to this overpriced establishment.
