The food here was really fantastic. We got the brisket sandwich, pulled pork sandwich, bean tacos, and giant baked potato. The bbq was really flavorful and we liked that there was vegetarian options like the bean taco. We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area!

I have eaten a LOT of bbq across the country, including true Texas bbq in Texas and Goebel’s is up there with some of the best I’ve ever had. I also smoke my own meats and am rather particular about how BBQ should be so for them to crush it like they did and impress me is a testament to their skills. We had Chopped Brisket plate, a pulled pork plate, a chopped brisket salad, mac salad, cowboy beans, their pork belly burnt ends and both the dark cherry chocolate cobbler as well as the banana pudding…Everything was fantastic. It was hot, fresh, and served quickly. Definitely a hidden gem!

Deciding on BBQ for my birthday dinner was the best thing I did today. I was so pleasantly surprised by how good the food at Goebel’s Country Market is…ok, not good, pretty great. I ordered the beef brisket sandwich with a side of the seasoned green beans and a banana pudding. All my food was so tasty, so fresh, and simply delicious. I jokingly said that I hoped I wasn’t disappointed because being from Texas, I know a bit about Texas BBQ. And the lady I was talking to, one of the owners, said she was from Texas as well. The staff was super great and friendly. Will definitely be back of I am ever back in Shady Cove.

This place!!!! We stopped here in a room while passing thru and it is the cutest!! Gorgeous ambiance, local artists goods which i love to support and the gal who had just arrived because it was JUST opening for the day was a wonderful local enthusiast and engaged my introvert boyfriend so well done! We didn’t try the food since we had just eaten but I’m sad we didn’t take some with because it looked so tasty and had great reviews. Thank you! Bought a gorgeous earthy bowl and necklace i hold dear along with a very common sense scrubby pad i intend on using for years

Stumbled across here during the crater lake water outage. Mind blowingly good bbq. Heard from the owner they brought wood from Texas to recreate their childhood taste. The owner was also really nice people, very welcoming and helped us with ordering.

Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! We got brisket, sausage, and ribs with beans and macaroni salad. The portions are big and you’ll have leftovers!
