Since the portion size is extremely small, my husband and I ordered a hand-packed pint of ice cream at the outdoor location in Manchester, Vermont. ($9 vs. $6 at the supermarket). The young employee only partially filled the pint container. I reqested that she fill the pint container level with the top. She argued with me at first and then pretended to fill the container behind the counter but did not. I discovered the deception when I arrived at home. It begins at the top. Shame on Ben and Jerry’s for their lack of employee training and customer service. We will not return.

A true Vermont classic that I would recommend to everyone getting married in the area. It was affordable and worth every penny!! Ben & Jerry’s ice cream is delicious. What else can I say. It was busy, however, and service was pretty decent for how busy they were. They just think the prices are really expensive and I get it you’re paying for the name.
