Customer service was good. Spicy chicken sandwich was hot and tasty. Spicy chicken nuggets were average and not hot. Frosty was good. French fries were average. Limited parking spaces available. Good place for a quick bite in US 46 Parsippany Troy Hills area.

This was probably the CLEANEST fast food location I’ve ever been to. The bathroom, the counters, and the dining areas are spotless. And the bathroom didn’t smell bad either. I had to come on here and write the review because of how impressed I was. My order was also fully correct. I usually make changes to my burger and they got everything right. I even placed my order through the app and it was ready before I even got to the restaurant (7 minute timeframe). The manager must be running the place like it’s the Navy. Thank you guys, keep up the good work.

Just wanted to send HUGE KUDOS to the staff working drive thru tonight!! driving from Boston back home in Florida we got hungry and decided to stop for food….We had 5 orders of the baconator meals. We didn’t have to repeat anything, the crew member got our order perfectly fine, we even changed a drink and he was right on. Very nice too and treated us with the utmost professionalism. Whoever is working the kitchen, please give that person a rise!!!! They made the most perfectly crafted freshest burgers I have ever had from a fast food place!!! The fries were nice and hot too!! This store deserves 10 stars but Google doesn’t allow me to do that! This is coming from someone who used to supervise a Burger King in Miami for many years! You guys deserve a big applause!!!

Went here recently to find they’ve changed the hours from 6:30am (breakfast) to 8am ( most of us are already at wor.) A few weeks prior I arrived around 6:40 to an angry staff who said they weren’t ready to open yet and tried to explain it wasnt possible to be open that early even though they were in fact open. Hopefully the decision to open later will be reversed when proper management of staff is in order. For now I guess they don’t want our business, ill go to McDonald’s accoss the way.

The manager and associates are fantastic here! We had a large order and they were super kind and courteous. Our order was ready quickly and everything was correct; which doesn’t happen often with a family of 6! Thank you guys for a great stop on our road trip!

Man behind counter was kind of rude. Ordered sweet tea, gave me the cup and pointed to the self serve. The tea container said unsweet, when I questioned him he said it was sweet. Well, guess what, it was unsweet and didn’t even taste like tea. Too bad I was on the road when I tasted it. Asked for a frosty, he gave it to me without a spoon, I had to request one. It wasn’t busy and there is no need for poor service.

This Wendy’s is so nice inside ITS LIKE A LOUNGE INSIDE! If I didn’t no better I would’ve thought it was Starbucks. There’s an electric fireplace with nice chairs
