I was reluctant to go in thinking I would overpay for a scoop of catford and a grape. Im glad I did though. Its very good and reasonably priced. My immediate thoughts after I ordered lunch was that it looked and tasted wonderful and was very fresh, like something I would make for myself at home. I continue to go back because it is also a very healthy option compared to most other options without emptying my wallet. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Much to enjoy here.

We had three scoops of salads which I forget the name of it where we had the Cranberry Kelli, the Fancy Nancy, and another one.
We also had a piece of the white chocolate layered cake, but this dessert did not impress me to be honest.
Very good food, nice place which I am looking forward to checking when I’m back home in Texas.

One of the best drive through options in Smyrna. Service is speedy, accurate, and friendly. The inside is OK, but on a nice day they have some outdoor seating. I really like the Classic Carol on a croissant. Mac and cheese side is super creamy. Extra shout out to their support of the troops on Veteran’s Day. Thank you for going above and beyond what most restaurants offer.

The food was amazing. 5 stars. I asked for a togo menu which will help me when taking office orders. I will have to remember to ask for more than 1 next time.
I was nervous about the cream cheese grape salad. Never have I heard of a grape salad like this before. I will order that again.
The broccoli cheese soup could be a daily order but they don’t offer that as a daily option. Did you know they sale it as a gallon .

We had coupons and the cashier was very argumentative about accepting the coupons. She called over a manager about using two coupons and he said yes that’s fine. She continued to argue that she shouldn’t allow us both to use a coupon. The food was less than amazing this time

I love Chicken Salad Chick, however I have never ordered a large quick chick and received 6 packs of crackers. They must be struggling financially. I travel every week for work. Every other Chicken Salad Chick in the country, that i have visited, are super generous with their crackers.

Very sad to report my experience today. I was truly looking forward to trying Chicken Salad Chick, as they’ve recently opened several locations around the Nashville area and I’ve heard good things. Unfortunately, with my first experience today and ordering a chicken salad salad, I was served old rotting lettuce. The sadder part was that it appeared that they placed gray lettuce on top to hide it. I can’t say that I’ll be back.

The first time I came here I got the spicy pimento cheese blt with a side of broccoli salad. I wouldn’t be so bothered by the price if they actually gave me a reasonable portion size but the amount of broccoli salad was so ridiculous, I basically paid $11 for just a sandwich. It was tasty but the pimento cheese was just kinda globbed in the middle instead of being spread on the bread evenly (i had to fix it to keep eating it), and they put a LOT of it on there so every bite was mostly cheese. The pickle spear definitely saved it. The cookie was reallyy delicious though !
Update (i included more pics as well): I tried this place again and was really happy with my order ! I paid $12.83 for a scoop of the fancy nancy, broccoli salad and I made it a trio with mac and cheese. I asked the girl at the speaker to make sure I got a good amount of broccoli salad for my side and they delivered. The meal comes with a free buttercream frosted cookie, which is really vanilla heavy and delicious, a dill pickle and a lot of crackers. They have the best fast food mac and cheese right after chick fil a, it was piping hot and fresh. I will definitely be back, thank you guys for improving the portion sizes !

I loved it. The energy was new and fresh, decorated cute. Bathrooms were clean (didn’t smell at all!) appropriate signage everywhere in the restaurant (employees wash hands, hours of operation, exit signs etc). I will admit the menu was a little intimidating just because I had no clue what I was getting into. the cashier did offer me to try different flavors of chicken salad but didn’t sell me on any. I wish she had told me her favorite to give me a starting point.. but! In the end I ordered a chicken salad BLT classic CAROL with side of fruit. Fruit was extremely fresh- not mushy which I appreciated. My son had turkey club side of Mac and cheese, my husband ordered the chick Dixie chick side of broccoli salad scoop of Lynne. The broccoli salad was AMAZING as was the lynne(I’m a huge onion fan)!!!! Each name has a flavor. Mine was classic, it was good, don’t get me wrong but once I tried my husbands who ordered Lynne (onion chicken salad) I could immediately tell I should have tried something other than the classic! I later purchased a scoop of jalapeño holly…. By far the best!! Although (I only tried 3). Out of the 3 I tried I loved the jalapeño holly, has a kick to it. (Again to emphasize- ALL the flavors I tried were great! )My son loved his sandwich. He’s a tough critic because he usually orders chicken tenders or burger and fries but he asked to go again to CSC the next day! He was a fan of his sandwich. I recommend this place as it’s not just for “chicks” my boys are fans of this place too!! Ps THEY EVEN HAVE A DRIVE THRU!!! Oh! I can’t forget their drink station- phenomenal. I loved how clean it was, their strawberry lemonade…. Out of this world! So good!!! I’m addicted! My husband got the watermelon tea which we both enjoyed as well.
