Owner?? Manager?? That guy who’s there 2-3 times a week………what’s his prooblem?? I buy small cup of cold brew with sweet foam on it almost everyday for past 3 years and I always ask for little extra spray of foam………..like instead of 2 swirls, maybe 3 swirls or something like that……..and this guy says it’s extra and I have to pay more…..huh? What??? Past 3 years, I’ve never heard anything like that at any/all locations I’ve been too. Also, he can’t be nice when say something like that??? Why is he ready to fight??

The donuts seem like they’re from yesterday (dry and hard instead of soft and fluffy). They are supposed to have cream filling in the middle, but only have a tiny amount. Low quality product overall.

…the place is disorganized. Really disorganized. Chaotic. A vortex of entropy.
I placed a mobile order then went inside the store. The “pick up” sign was hanging over a counter just a few inches from the entry with probably a dozen drinks and a couple bags. NBD. I got in the amorphous line jamming ingress. People were restlessly milling around that counter. When I made it to the front and gave my order number, the counter staff sent me to the back, where walk-ins place orders and delivery services pick up. I went to the back and waited behind everyone ordering and paying. When I asked for my order, the associate told me they were out of stock on the donuts I ordered. I made an alternate selection, and he handed me only the donut bag. Then he sent me back to the dog pile at the entrance to wait again. Once again at the front, the associate rifled among the numerous cups and bags, unable to find neither my cup nor my bag. I perused the jumble, and found my cup. The associate from the back came up and found the bag of sandwiches. Then I was bustled toward the door and ejected onto the sidewalk. Don’t go to this location if you require streamlined efficiency. You could easily be inside the store for thrice as long as necessary.

Highly impressed and pleased! Staff at this location care and do a great job. They have great attitudes and are quick to fill the orders. The location is busy and the place is clean.

Super strange interaction with the dude behind the counter, I wanted to see what the donuts looked i asked him if he could pick it up and show me closer and explain what the donuts had in them he just kept shaking his head no, he would not even let me buy anything… he just started cleaning the counters and doing the trash, while i was standing there… super strange

They are nice people there. I order a cocha mocha everyday, but often it comes out as this lukewarm watery coffee substance. The guy fixed my order without yelling at me (which has happened at another location) so I appreciate that. This location is better than others.

I attempted to file a complaint with corporate but the website takes me through too many ringers.
However I did an online order and everything I ordered was out. She was unable to refund my Dunkin account and your stores are awful.
My law you have to have a fully operating and working restroom. The fact that you all tell customers that it doesn’t work or you’re unsure if it works and it’s never clean is insane completely absurd.

Owner is horrible rude…you can pay and he says money doesn’t go through and when you show back charge he replies he doesn’t care. Be aware you may get billed twice with no recourse but to dispute charge
