Ordered a DoorDash order early this morning. Every single coffee was made incorrectly. None of the coffees tasted like coffees, they all tasted so watered down. I have ordered these coffees at different locations many times so I know what they’re supposed to taste like. Tried calling, but no one picks up the phone. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. If you don’t know how to make coffee You shouldn’t be working. It’s as simple as that. All my coffees were dumped down my drain! Totally ridiculous!!!!

Went inside and ordered a hot latte which came out perfect! It was a little busy inside but I had no wait. The guy with the face piercings was nice and helpful at suggesting no sugar flavors when i asked. I prefer this location over the one at the other end of the Drive.

Disappointed in the service I received while I was here. I ordered a small iced Matcha with less ice, and received a small matcha with extra ice. When I came back to have it made correctly I was polite about it and the person working the drive through seemed rude and rudely handed it to me filled half way. Will not be returning.

Service was horrible. The place was incredibly understaffed and slow, while an obvious new hire was on the clock. Took over an hour for 3 drinks. Ordered 2 Matchas that they made the new hire make, who made them terribly and dark green. I don’t blame her but rather the lack of training that I know, from experience, is not given to Dunkin employees. This was today. The last time I came here, an employee making sandwiches picked a wedgie out and never washed her hands! Simply continued to make food! Disgusting!

The hot coffee I asked for was iced. Not even close to the same thing. Now I’m starting my day mad, thanks! I think It’s partly cause the guy taking the order was sweeping the dining area and doing a lot more than the other 5 people behind the counter. This place lacks leadership, team work and communication.

Just keep driving by this one. Order is consistently wrong and they don’t answer the phone to speak with someone about it. I’ve thrown away three coffees now. To be clear, a medium iced latte should be one medium espresso shot and 3/4 dairy. Not enough espresso shots to make me ill with no dairy at all.

I came through the drive through. I ordered an Iced Matcha Latte. I came back after I realized it was my order. I asked for the drink to be corrected via drive through, and was told my order was given to another customer, and that it was a 15 minute wait- due to already being busy and running behind due to poorly trained staff. I witnessed the manager yelling at her employees and very publicly cutting them down- making a scene and, the customers uncomfortable.
The managers name was Alyssa, and was aggressive towards her employees during stressful situations. And do not appreciate it due to the fact that I had my kid with me.

Really disappointing location. It’s conveniently located to my parents’ house for when I visit, but my visit last weekend was not great.
While there’s a lot of staff, no one seemed interested or dedicated to helping inside customers at the register.
The guy who eventually took our order wasn’t friendly, didn’t talk, got our order wrong, and didn’t give us a receipt.
The donut display case was practically empty, and we had to try and view the donut case next to the drive up window to see if they had the donuts we wanted. There was also a fly hanging out on the donuts in the main display case.
Our bagel order was wrong so we had to correct that, and then we had to wait around a while for them to realize no one made our hot cocoa.
Poorly ran operation with limited item availability and those inside waiting for pickups or coming to order inside are ignored and left waiting.

Im glad that my needs of the true New England experience have been fulfilled: 2 dedicated Dunkins on Memorial Drive. Its a small building but a good one to sit down and eat in, too, after grabbing a nice latte and a couple donuts
