I ordered a nice plethora of food to dine in and I must admit…everything was a 10/10…no complaints with the food, the flavor, the cooking of everything, the sides, the dessert…everything was amazing. My order: Chicken Quesilda meal w/rice, Birria Taco meal w/beans&rice, Nachos, Xangos, a few jarritos. I will definitely be back to try again. Everything was perfectly good. It’s not cheap but nothing is nowadays…it’s more than worth it.

I had to do this review as it is a HUGE deal.
My fiance does food deliveries and today he came to this place to pick up an order. As soon as he walked in they greeted him so politely and asked if he wanted something to drink. He was so shocked that he had to ask “what?”. The gentleman said would you like something to drink like a pop?
You have to understand that 99.9% of the time he is treated horribly by the places he picks orders up from. So this was a huge shock.
The gentleman proceeded to let my fiance whenever he is there or in the area that he is more than welcome to come get something to drink or use the restroom.
Those two things are like a lifeline to a full-time delivery person.
So to the gentleman that was so kind to my fiance, you are a blessing and I say God bless you and your family.

I’m on crutches & order a little extra delivery. I was super excited to see Real Taco Express has all these locations now. Shout out to the folks at the Madison Heights location on 14.
Corn was money. Fresh cheese, cilantro & Tajin & a juicy wedge of lime. Utensil also in the bag, thank you.
Single taco was good. I absolutely loved my burrito. Tender, perfectly seasoned Carnitas, fresh rice, refried beans, cilantro & onion all stuffed in a wrap and toasted brown to melt the cheese and seal this beast up so you can eat with one hand while dipping it in their unique red sauce.
Let’s talk about this Queso Fundito! Creamy cheesy goodness topped with a spicy chorizo sausage & all the red oil that comes with it. Combined with a big bag of fresh fried corn tortilla chips, an absolute must on all our orders.

Great food, very fresh and fast. Pretty authentic as well! Prices used to be really reasonable compared with others in the area! I’ll LIKELY keep coming back!
EDIT 4/5/23: They’ve recently raised ALL the pricing for their food, but the only place you’d find that out is the actual menu boards in the store. Website is pretty poor, still shows old pricing, and photos of combos don’t actually show what’s in the combo (see quesadilla combo- shows consume in photo, not included in combo).
Overall still great food but not as frequent of a visit with the recent price hikes.

I went in and saw the combo price was 2 bucks higher and was bummed. But I ordered the big burrito with shredded beef. It was very very good. I squeezed some lime and used some Verde sauce. I was very impressed. The only disappointment, when I saw the soup I was very excited because I thought it was menudo(I love menudo), it wasn’t. But it was delicious nonetheless. I’m gonna inquire about a quart price soon. I would strongly recommend for everyone.

Absolutely delicious food, really friendly staff! It’s a little cozy fast casual kind of place where you order your food at the counter and sit down. I got three tacos al pastor and one birria burrito, all of it was absolutely perfect. If you’re in Eastpointe or Roseville and don’t want to travel too far to get some really good tacos, try this place out! I’ll be coming back.

Authentic style tacos with the speed and look of a modern establishment. We had a party of five that all ordered different meals. A solid 15 people came in to pickup to go orders or takeout and we still got our food in a matter of minutes. The staff was very patient and helpful explaining items on the menu. I order the #7 combo (3) red queso tacos with a consome side and horchata to drink. I have to say the horchata is the best I’ve had from a restaurant in a long time. The horchata was cool,sweet and light on the cinnamon but still full of flavor and not watered down like many other places I’ve been.
I’d recommend anything on this menu that peaks your interest. It will be made to the absolute highest of quality.

Their Mexican Pizza with birria meat and consommé was amazing, a solid 9 out of 10. The pizza is large! However, the chicken nachos, which I didn’t include a picture of, only scored a 5 out of 10 due to the lack of flavor. The chicken is bland and I would have loved some onions and cilantro to make it pop. On the bright side, the guacamole and the red and green sauces were outstanding, earning a perfect 10.

Walked in for a late lunch and asked the server to randomly pick 3 tacos for me to try. She actually seemed a bit nervous, but she hit on all 3.

The tortillas and meats were fantastic. Cooked and prepared perfect. The sauces tasted fresh and homemade. I can’t recommend this place enough! Great food for a great value!

Finally tried this restaurant and wasnt dissapointed. Staff was friendly and explained menu items for me. Wanted a fried corn taco but they didnt have that. What she did suggest was very good and comparable. Had a combo meal with 3 tacos rice and beans which included a drink. They also provided 3 types of salsa without me asking. Yummy….I like variety. They did not have any veggie taco options.
