My husband and I always enjoy our meals at H.B the chef is a master who knows exactly how a steak should be done. We were impressed by his skills; the food is top-notch. If you want to have a date night or celebrate any occasion , this is the place for you to sit, relax, and enjoy your well-cooked meal. You will all leave happy because the food is good – that’s what I can vouch for. I will share some photos of what we had; it was so yummy.

We chose Hemisphere Bistro to celebrate our anniversary tonight and do not regret that decision one bit. Nathan was the perfect waiter being attentive yet not overbearing, polite, and informative. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. There are so many items on the menu left to experience so we will definitely be back soon.

I took some friends here for dinner and the food blew our minds. The sides were huge and every bite was delicious. The surprise of the pallet cleansing sorbet was a nice change of pace and was very welcomed. I’ve very much recommend the lamb shank!

Hemispheres is THE premier dining experience in the Quad Cities. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and highly attentive. When you come to Hemispheres, be prepared to stay awhile and truly enjoy every part of your dining experience. Every single dish is cooked and created to perfection. Some favorites include the nachos (the BEST nachos you will ever have), the crab cakes, the salmon with huckleberry finishing sauce, the side carrots and risotto. You truly cannot go wrong with any item on the menu. To drink, I highly recommend the Gold Rush as well as any of their red wines. The desserts are decedent…I cannot recommend the sticky bread pudding enough. Hemispheres is truly a high class dining experience and you will not leave disappointed!

Don’t let the strip mall location fool you, this is a serious high end restaurant. Limited, top end menu that is mix and match to make your plate uniquely yours.
Great service. We had Peter, although he didn’t know anything about wine, he absolutely knew how to open, pour and present like a pro. We both had pork dishes (it’s Iowa). Mine was as good as I’ve ever had, along with asparagus and risotto that was perfect.

Wow! Used to go here when it was Red Crow. We had only been to Hemispheres once but I don’t remember. I ordered the hummus, veggie, spinach dip, etc starter. It was so large. I took half of it home. My husband had the BLT salad. Very good and could have fed the two of us. They brought out a pallet cleanser of margarita, flavored sorbet. It was delightful. He ordered the steak special which was a thick cut ribeye or ny strip. Rosemary potatoes were nice. Cauliflower steak didn’t have much flavor. The meat was just ok. And way too expensive. I had the sea bass with chermoula. It was delicious. The sauce was made with fresh herbs. The fish wasn’t fishy. It had a mild taste. The pea risotto was insanely good. I ate half of it for dinner tonight! The broccolini was too underdone for me. Our server Rob(?) was attentive and not over doing things. I told him that I didn’t want to know the desserts because I want to be surprised the next time I dine there!! It took a bit longer than we are used to. But the food was right off the stove and thoughtfully prepared. The check was high but I expected it to be. I’m willing to pay extra for fresh ingredients and well made food. I am definitely looking forward to our next visit!

Great spot for a casual but carefully presented dining experience. The roasted Caesar salad had the right ratio of dressing and came out with anchovies as requested. Wonderful flavor with the roasted undertones on the leaf tips. I had the truffle risotto and the scallops with chimichurrri and a side of truffle risotto. Perfect truffle flavor and the scallops were tender. Elegant presentation with thoughtful and friendly service. Great place for a date night!

The best restaurant we have been to in a very long time! Duck breast appetizer, I had the arugula salad she had the BLT salad. I had the lamb leg loin in a huckleberry sauce with brussels and truffle risotto and she had the beef sirloin with bournaise sauce and mashed potatoes and brocolini. Everything was so very tasty and savory. We enjoyed just eating a meal without any complaints. If you want to have the best food, you spend the best money, and this place was worth every penny! We will definitely be back!!!

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with my meal recently on 8/17/24. The waiting time was unbearably long – we arrived at 6:20, ordered our drinks, and by 7:25, our appetizer had not yet been served. The waiter informed us that he was unsure when our main course would be ready and admitted that they seemly forgot about our appetizer and would check on it. Additionally, when the appetizer finally arrived at 7:45, our main course came just 5 minutes later, at 7:50, although we needed to leave by 8:10 for a movie. I ordered a rack of lamb, anticipating a full rack but was disappointed to receive only 3 overcooked and tough lamb chops for a hefty price of $52. This lack of value was disheartening. Although I wanted to address this with a manager, we ultimately decided not to return. When we went to Beef & Bourbon just last week I ordered lamb chops for $28 and received a full rack, which was a far more satisfying experience. I am frustrated and believe there is a lot of room for improvement. The combination of overpriced, undersized portions and improperly cooked food is unacceptable. I will not be coming back here at all.
