I’ve had an issue at this McDonald’s every time I’ve gone there. One time they also offered to replace my meal but when I went to claim it they treated me as if I was lying they had to take my phone to read the email for the manager lol so not even worth the interrogation. Got a raw burger the last time I went so beware and this is after I waited almost ten minutes for my order…also got a raw mchicken the other day haha they’re just looking for a lawsuit at this point.

My McCrispy sandwich had a terrible piece of chicken on it. Picture attached.
My chocolate shake had half the chocolate at the bottom and I did not notice until I took a drink and almost threw up. Worst visit in a very long time. Very disappointed they would serve product like this, even for McDonald’s.

One of the cleanest McDonald’s restaurants I’ve been to. Nice dining area. Parking. Drive through. Clean bathrooms. Friendly service and bike rack. This McDonald’s even has a toddler play place which is also very clean.

I recently ordered from this place, and I went back through drive through because my brother wanted a milkshake, and when I said the food they made was really good to say thank you to whoever made it if possible , the lady at the back window wanted to proceed and say the food was cooked with their feet, idk if she was trying being funny, but she was on the phone and it was inappropriate to say and made me lose my appetite.

FILTHY. Dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve been to. Every table had trash and or needed to be wiped down. All trash cans over flowing. Employees had bad attitudes. What a shame!

This location used to be the best in the area not too long ago, but unfortunately that’s no longer the case. The meat is undercooked, there’s no flavor, the fries are cold ,greasy, and taste more like rubber tires i absolutely do not recommend coming here

I ordered a large Iced Caramel Macchiato with no ice (cold) and extra caramel drizzle. They took forever even tho the place was empty and I was the only customer waiting (Sunday, Feb 25, 2018 at 7:40am). Well, while other McDonald’s (and I told them) fill me the cup with either milk or coffee, they tried to charge me $1 extra for the milk because that was not their policy. Why some McDonald’s have complicated, not customer oriented employees?
I wanted to return it but I was already driving when I thought about it. Now I have it in my mind for the next time at this or other McDonald’s.
