Mmmm… food was on got a Desayuno Tipico it was good just missing the authentic authentic Salvadorian flavors.
The pupusas wer extra burnt and didn’t have that pupusas texture or flavor tasted like a burnt quesadilla lol .

I’m so angry at this place. I ordered here for the first time and the food quality was awful. And when I called to talk to them the woman hung up on me and ignored my call back.
The guacamole is not guacamole. It’s just chopped up avocado with not even a hint of seasoning.
The what was supposed to be guac on my tacos were brown.
I was missing multiple toppings.
The beans that came with them looks like the came out of a bushes baked beans can.
I am in such disbelief. Not only in disbelief about the quality of my food. But in disbelief as to how I was treated over the phone.
I’m all for supporting small businesses but this is robbery. And just shows that businesses can pay for their reviews! There’s no way this place has so many stars.

Mexican and Central American Street Food without consent “
The food here has been terrible lately . That is why I titled it without “consent”. The pupusas were under cooked but burnt. When I mentioned this to the worker ; she was very angry that I mentioned it. Then egocentrism took over , she just didn’t want to hear it.
Unsanitary : watched this all go down ;
When I went to use the bathroom . I had to help the worker that came from the kitchen . Remove boxes to use the bathroom . She left the kitchen with no gloves on ; removed the boxes near the bathroom door . Never mind this being a fire hazard. It’s also unsanitary. She also then went back to touching food in the kitchen . Then back to touching money at the register all with no gloves on .
Dirty : Tables and floor
When I went to sit at a table with my juice ; the tables all of them were dirty . The floors were dirty as well , they needed a sweeping . I don’t know if they changed management . However this behavior is unacceptable. This restaurant has slowly been going downhill. I am looking at other options in the area ; unfortunately.

We tried this place for the first time through Uber eats. The food was ready within few minutes and got delivered. The food was amazing and delicious. We got the chimichanga and the fajitas. The meat was greatly cooked and the salad and rice were completely fresh. Loved the sauces that came with it but wish it had some jalapenos and sour cream. The beans and sauce tasted the same almost and the tortilla was very small for fajitas. Loved the price and the taste of the food, will visit again. Not sure about the in-person experience and dining atmosphere, as I see lot of bad reviews on here.

Two friends put me on to this place for lunch. A small restaurant walking distance from Brighams. Walking in I saw many people from different backgrounds that made me feel good and comfortable. That day I tried Papusa for the first time. It was really good. Filled with bean and cheese. A coleslaw and savory dressing/sauce. There are menus to take and a big one on the wall with pictures of the dishes. We had horchata and a papaya smoothie. I will be back. Curious about other dishes.

I’m Latina and would never waste a cent here again in my life. I placed an order that didn’t arrive until 2 hours later. Mind you the restaurant is a few minute drive and less than a mile away. The pupusas were super cold, the cabbage didn’t have any spice. The pollo frito dish was a waste. Tasted one bite of the chicken and it was dry and hard with no seasoning. I couldn’t even eat it. I tried cancelling it a hour in and received notice that it would arrive in 5-15 but instead it arrived a hour later. Deserves Zero Stars but I’m forced to give it one.

The food here is average and decent. Nothing to write home about but if you are looking for a meal then this place will get the job done. Delivery tends to be about 10 minutes late but for not leaving my house I cannot ask for more. They have always been very good about my dairy aversion and the delivery drivers are nice.
For the price and time commitment I am entirely happy and this tends to be my usual to-go/delivery spot.
