What a disappointing experience at this place! Not only were the drinks (coffee and chai latte) awful, but the worst part was the terrible service from the cashier/server who served us. We went on Sunday, February 8th, between 3 and 4 pm. It wasn’t the slim girl, but the other one. I asked what flavor one of the cakes that tempted me was, and she told me it was pineapple. When I declined, she remained silent with an annoyed expression, clearly unwilling to offer any of the many other options on the counter. Not a single smile, just an angry face and little patience, as if she didn’t want to work or didn’t want to serve us. After ordering drinks, we asked her what the tarts on the other side were (we were clearly hungry), and despite there being several different kinds, she only answered “potato.” So I assumed they were all potato tarts in different shapes. It had many more things than just stuffing potatoes; when there are other ingredients, you have to let me know, that’s why I’m asking. Later, I saw other people ordering and realized that there were other varieties, but the girl was either having a bad day or was terribly bad at her job.
Everything we ordered was awful. I asked for my coffee to go, but I ended up throwing it away because it was undrinkable. First and last visit to this place. It’s a shame because the place looked nice; the products might be bad, but terrible service can ruin the experience even more. We left half our order on the table and went somewhere else.

We visited Cocobella Restaurant and had tea along with puffs, and honestly, we really loved it. The tea was perfectly brewed and the puffs were fresh, warm, and tasty , a great combo for a relaxing break.
What made our visit even better was the excellent customer service by Jyoti and kristy. She was extremely friendly, welcoming, and polite. Her way of talking and positive attitude instantly made us feel comfortable and valued as customers.
The overall vibe of the place was calm and pleasant, and the service was quick and attentive. Experiences like this make you want to come back again and again.

This place offers milkshakes, coffee, desserts, and customized cakes. I occasionally pass by this place and am attracted by its style. I ordered a birthday cake from Cocobella. The cake is so delicious! The cream is not at all greasy, the strawberry fruits are fresh and sweet, and the red ribbon cake is exactly what I wanted! I will come back to Cocobella for my future birthdays!

Cocobella Café is a nice vegetarian café in Victoria. The place has a very cozy and relaxing atmosphere with beautiful décor and clean aesthetics. You can feel the positive energy as soon as you walk in.
The staff and the owner are very kind and friendly. They make you feel comfortable and welcome every time. The service is quick, and everyone smiles, which adds to the nice experience.

A very nice coffee shop with lots of vegetarian options as well desi items I.e. samosa and kadak chai. I ordered a kadak chai and a potato pea patty and honestly wasn’t disappointed. The tea was good and the patty was spicy like it should be!

This Coffee shop is newly open in Downtown Victoria. I love that they are open until midnight which is ideal for people who are walking around downtown after work to grab some snacks or coffee. Their coffee was amazing its freshly made, the flavour was authentic, inexpensive and very artistic. The staff are so respectful and very nice and friendly. They have a very authentic kind of snacks and cakes and i think its homemade products. The ambience is so lovely and very decent as well. I highly recommend this Coffee shop if you visit in Downtown Victoria. I feel this place is going to be a rising Coffee shop in the near future.
