The building was new and beautiful. The food was okay but not worth the 40 minute wait. Hopefully the issues are just because the restaurant is less than a week old.

I decided to give them another shot, but I ordered the food to be picked up instead. It was ready 30 minutes later than expected. They gave me mayo instead of butter for my waffle. No other condiments/syrup. They also forgot the salad so we had to go back. I cant even blame the staff though….they were severely understaffed that morning and completely slammed. The management is to blame.

Enjoy going here. Food is always really tasty and I like the clean, comfy atmosphere. The only downside is that some of the waitresses lack experience and will pretty much ignore you after the initial “what can I get you to drink”? However, if you get one of the more experienced waitresses then everything is perfect.

I sat there for 25 minutes waiting on an online order that was placed 30 minutes before I got there.
There is absolutely NO reason why it should take this long to get two hamburgers on a grill, and in a box.
Absolutely pathetic customer service, no apology from the waitress for leaving my food sitting in the window until I reminded her that I was there waiting.
This place just needs to go ahead and shut down. It’s been nothing but a train wreck since the day it opened.

We decided to try this place since it just opened and close to us. That was a mistake! We sat at the table for 15 minutes before I asked if a waitress could come over. After getting our drinks we placed our order. An hour later we still have not received the food. Other people had come in and were getting their food, still no food was brought to us. Finally got part of the shrimp dinner but the baked potato was not cooked. She asked me if I wanted mashed potatoes, no I ordered a baked potato and that’s what I wanted. My husband ordered the big breakfast meal, it still had not come. By this time we were frustrated. The manager came over and gave us a card for a free meal. It was only valued at $7.00. Then she said our meal would be free. What meal? We still had not gotten our food. My husband told them to cancel his. The manager then came over with the ticket and said she was taking a drink off and handed him the bill for food we never got. He hands the waitress his card to pay she never brought it back, we had to go find her and I told the manager our meal was supposed to be Free and we were not going to pay for something we didn’t get. What a horrible experience.

Nice and welcoming place for small town Kershaw! I’m from Kershaw and for a franchise, I think it is running quite well. The food and service was good. I recommend food being serviced when ready. It wasn’t hot, due to the crowd and sitting for awhile. Maybe more waitresses or better multitasking! I would of gave 5 stars if my food was hot. Overall I enjoyed it!

we waited over an hour or 2 for terrible food. the bacon was almost raw. the waiter working there had a nasty attitude and was talking badly about the customers behind the counter. they had a almost 12-13 year old girl waiting tables and most of the adults sat behind the counter and talked. and most importantly. they had NO GLOVES while handling food and our waiter accidentally touched my food and still gave it to me

The food was AMAZING! We went to have breakfast on a Saturday morning (obviously a busy time) service was very attentive- thank you Kayla! Definitely going back, no doubt! Kershaw is lucky to have such a nice establishment with a management team that has dreamed of promoting and is implementing the promotion for growth of business in the Kershaw community. Job well done!

I wasn’t impressed the manager was okay but they do coupons and the don’t good deals like the other huddle houses. And I really didn’t like the fact that they made us pay for drinks that wasn’t touch at all just because we order them we didn’t drink out of them it was just craziness that was going they don’t gonna worry about me coming back no more.
