If you’re in Miami and haven’t been to **Roaster and Toaster**, you’re seriously missing out! This place is an absolute gem — from the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and that classic neighborhood vibe that makes you feel right at home.
Let’s talk **food** first — **phenomenal**. Whether you’re in the mood for a stacked deli sandwich, a hearty breakfast, or something fresh and flavorful for lunch, Roaster and Toaster delivers every single time. Everything was perfectly prepared, fresh, and flavorful. The bagels? Unreal. The sandwiches? Legendary — especially the ones made by **Jean**, the sandwich master behind the counter. You can tell he puts real care and pride into everything he makes. The attention to detail in every bite was incredible.
And the **service**? Next-level. We were lucky enough to be taken care of by **Valerie**, who was not only super friendly and welcoming but also incredibly attentive without being overbearing. She made us feel like regulars, even though it was our first time. She had great recommendations and made the whole experience feel personal and special.

Had a great time today. We had a very big party of people and they did their best to seat all 20+ very expeditiously. And hats off to our server Liz she was just wonderful. Very kind and engaging. You should be proud to have such a delightful person working for your company. It was my first time there and I will be back.

This is our family tradition. My family meet to reunite, break bread, and enjoy great food. The portions are big enough to split. The French toast good like in fresh and good. The pastrami however served is amazing. The bagels are great too.
I haven’t been to a Michelin rated restaurant in my life however there should be a Julia Childs or an Anthony Bourdain rated restaurant. You know, we’re having dinner at grandmas rating. Where the meaning of breaking bread is the rating. Where the memory is the conversation had. Keeping in touch with family and friends.
I’ll be there on a Saturday or Sunday, see you there.

We came as a large group for a wedding and they were bet accommodating. For the busy time, the food came out at a reasonable time and it was tasty and good portions. Liz, our server was personable and great! Next time in in town I’m coming back for the French Toast!!

We had such a great experience with Liz at Roasters and Toasters! The restaurant was facing a huge crowd because an entire wedding party came in, and it was definitely chaotic. Despite that, Liz was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive. She didn’t miss a single detail, everything was right and handled the rush with such grace. She truly turned what could have been a stressful situation into a wonderful first impression. We’re so grateful for her!

I didn’t know this location was here and decided to try it at 9am on a Saturday morning and to my pleasant surprise it wasn’t super packed so I got a table right away. My waitress was very sweet, the atmosphere was very comfortable and the food was very fresh and great. Will definitely go back again.

Awesome experience with friends at Roasters’ n Toasters down by the Falls. As great as the food was our server Liz made the experience even more wonderful. I was back in Miami for a brief visit after having moved to Vermont 20 years ago. I forgot how crowded and busy it was down there and even with all the commotion Liz made us slow Vermonters feel like we were the only customers in the place. Thank you Liz.
