Le Soleil de Hue is one of the restaurants in the Ancient Hue Hotel compound.
We had the perfect evening for our anniversary here. A three course dinner of which all three courses were absolutely delicious, professional service and the wonderful atmosphere you’d expect from a high end restaurant.
I cannot stress enough how good the food was, my words don’t do it justice. You will have to try for yourself and you won’t be disappointed.
My sincerest thanks to the restaurant for making our anniversary an unforgettable evening.

The food was magical, everything was amazing from start to finish. The service is also very nice with good ambience but the address is a bit difficult to find. 10/10 would recommend to visit if you are in Huế but looking for fusion cuisine between East and West.

The place was closed when I came there (at 16) despite the fact that they write “open 24 hours” on the Google Map. It is very disappointing experience. Staff just suggested me to walk around for 1 hour.

Đồ ăn cực kì tệ, quá mặn. Phản hồi lại với nhân viên thì NV kêu ăn kèm bánh mì nhưng thật sự quá mặn, dù có ăn với bánh mì thì cũng ko ăn nổi. Sau đó, mình có nhờ bạn nhân viên mang món đó vào bếp sửa lại cho mình, tạm hơn nhưng vẫn mặn. Ok, mình tạm chấp nhận cho qua. Nhưng khi thanh toán, nhân viên Thanh Thảo 1 lần nữa hỏi lại đồ ăn thì mình cũng có nói là ko hợp. Bạn trả lời lại rằng em có hỏi trước nhưng mình kêu ok, mình có nói bạn hỏi mình lúc mình chưa ăn món đó thì tụi mình nói ổn, nghĩa là món trước đó tạm ok, bạn vẫn cãi là hỏi mình khi thấy mình ăn soup rồi, vậy cái lúc mình vừa ăn muỗng đầu tiên món soup mình đã kêu bạn lại và kêu sửa món giúp mình vì mặn thì câu bạn kêu ăn kèm bánh mì là sao??? Có phải là mình phản hồi cho bạn là mặn ko? Bạn có nhớ bạn nói với mình là nên ăn cùng bánh mì ko? Cần thì trích xuất camera đối chiếu. Nhân viên trả treo với với khách hàng từng câu 1, đề nghị bộ phận quản lí tiếp nhận thông tin và đào tạo lại nhân viên. Với 1 nhà hàng lớn ntn thì thái độ của nv này là ko chấp nhận được. Đồ ăn kém nhưng thái độ NV tốt thì có thể tạm bỏ qua nhưng mà thái độ của nv như thế này thì ko thể chấp nhận.
