Those workers were truly trying their best, it was insanely busy in there tonight. They apologized for the wait but, I saw them doing all they could so, it really was no biggie to me. I got a whole greek salad tonight there were no cucumbers, tons of white lettuce bottoms and so many thick cut red onions… they were seriously about 1/3 of the entire salad. I waited 30 minutes for this underwhelming salad..

Food is good. Service: i received a pager when I ordered my food with a real person. Food took a while so I went up to the window and discovered my food sitting there. I asked why my pager wasnt activated or my name called, really didn’t get an answer. Atmosphere: there is no cold air barrier at either of the front doors. The whole restaurant was frigid. Go to the one in Toms River next time.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to a Panera Bread . Let me be clear not because of anything negative or a bad experience . I took my son to the one on Route 70 in Brick , New Jersey .
The employee David , was very polite , friendly and professional . I told him it was our first time back in a while . He welcomed us back and said ” we are happy , you are back ” . He took the time to explain the different menu items .
I then had the opportunity to meet April , the manager . She was very professional and friendly . You can tell by the employees interactions and always smiling , that they represent the company professionally and care about the customers .
The food was hot and fresh . The service was awesome . Great Customer Service !

Everything was excellent and fresh. Get the BOGO $5 deal. Buy a whole sandwich, get any bread bowl, soup or salad for $5, easily 2 meals for about $13. Very fresh. Fast and efficient service. The app has great deals.

So we walk in and place our order on the kiosk, it says proceed to pick up window for our cups..
We waited at least 5 mins for our cups as everyone in the kitchen was ignoring us.
So we proceed over to the soda counter and its filthy and sticky, same with our table.
Its around 4pm nobody in the restaurant but everyone is behind the counter having a grand old time but not one person in the lobby cleaning up.
Panera is going down hill and today was most likely my last visit.
Shame because my chili bowl was pretty tasty.

Hello, we’ve been coming to the Brick location for a while and we noticed since they let go Darren the place is constantly dirty. The tables and floor are dirty. Under Darren’s leadership the establishment was a joy to come to. The overall service has greatly decreased since his departure.

This was in the Brick NJ Panera drive thru. I have never written a bad review…this is the 1st time, but I have to be honest it was a very bad experience. First, I waited 38 minutes in the drive thru line…5 cars ahead of me and people started beeping…38 minutes in a drive thru!…then I had to get back in line because they forgot 2 items when I checked my bag (thank God I checked it before I left in the parking lot)…So then I spent another 27 minutes in the drive thru line AGAIN!…When she handed me the 2 missing items thru the window one of the items was a small and I ordered a large!…And the other item the top wasnt on right and spilled in the bag!.. No apology for anything at all!…When I called the manager the next morning she said sorry but made the excuse that the system they use isnt working well and needs to be upgraded and also because it was the 1st of the month they always get crowds at the beginning of a month…Umm Huh? It just did not sound like a good reason…So I spent a total of one hour and 5 minutes in a drive thru line!…Also the salads were very small for $11.99 and large soup $8.99 was literally like a child’s size ice cream cup…Never again!…Im not going to Panera. I feel terrible having to give a bad review, but if I can save someone else from the hassle then yes!…Maybe another Panera might be better, but Brick NJ…No.

I have only been to this establishment once prior for take out, today I decided to dine in. I ordered on their order pads after I was instructed to see cashier for cups ordered. I was told they would be ready when my food was ready for me to pick up….really?? First: I’m dinning in why would I pick up my food, second why could I have my cups while I’m waiting? Went to pick up counter and a manager (female) asked if I needed help, I said I was told to wait here for my food and cups…she was a little rude. When I got my food it was on a plate….no tray…so I’m carrying plates over to my table…frustrating!!! and to boot the food is wrong!!!! No tomato and lettuce was ordered. This is simply another fast food restaurant with rude staff…I absolutely do not recommend this place.

I was there today And while I was eating, I saw the woman who takes the orders treat some young delivery men very badly and yell at them just for speaking Spanish. I never thought that racist people would work in a place like that. I will never go to places where there are racists again and I will let the world know how unpleasant it is to see racial abuse in our country. I imagine that because of people like that, businesses lose sales.
