When that craving for Birria hits, this is the place you wanna go. So good, quick service, and it’s next to the chevron truck stop shortly after getting onto highway 58. If you want some AUTHENTIC Mexican food, this is the place.

This is the spot! We live at the coast, but own some land in central Oregon and always stop by Too Many Tacos on our way down. We’ve tried at least half the menu and everything is delicious & wet, especially their Birria, tacos, & variety of hot sauces. The service is always top quality too. Try them out if you’re filling up your gas or just passing by.

Great price to portion ratio, the asada and al pastor were some of the best I’ve had, flavorful red and green sauce, and they have some covered outdoor seating if you’re staying put to eat. This will now be in my regular rotation of taco spots.

No such thing as too many tacos from this truck! The birria is easily the best I’ve had in a 30 mile radius and all of their salsas are delicious. My only complaint is that this truck isn’t closer to my house.

They’ve definitely got the flavor. Best enchilada sauce I’ve ever tasted. I’m a trucker that travels the 13 western states. No Tex Mex even comes close no Arizona or New Mexico comes close!!!

I can’t believe I haven’t left a review! We’ve been eating here for a couple of years now. We always eat the same 4-5 items as we love them. The burritos, enchiladas (shredded chicken), tamales, tacos, all really good. Try the pastor it’s so flavorful! And if they have the dark red paste in the sauce container outside TRY IT!! It’s so fire (literally so hot) but sweet and unbelievably good. The staff are so sweet too. Love them!!

Ordered a wet shredded chicken (Tinga) burrito and a regular carne asada burrito and two chicharrón tacos. Ended up getting two onion burritos with little meat. And the chicharrón tacos were literally dry chicharrón tacos. The chicharrón was straight out of the bag like the ones you buy at the convenience store. I’m Hispanic and know what a chicharrón taco is suppose to taste like. The chicharrón is suppose to be lightly moist with lime juice and pico de gallo. ♀️

Paid 15 bucks for a burrito with extra meat. Got a little bit of meat and a TON of rice and beans. The food truck at the pleasant Hill feed store is a way better choice.

Have driven by for a while and never tried it, but decided to stop by tonight. Was some of the best tacos I’ve had in a while. Meat was juicy and tasted amazing, and sauces were really good. Will definitely be back. Price was pretty fair as well.
