Went and got pizza from this place and after a 35 minute wait, I got this so I was like ok I’ll call them or I’ll stop by and let them know this is not quality pizza, at first the lady that I spoke to who was supposed to be the manager proceeded to be rude and make excuses so I told her they could better, that even little Caesars was able to do better, so I left and called to speak to somebody with more common sense and I spoke with a guy named Mark well was I in for a surprise he also proceeded to make excuses telling me they made their pizza by hand and that what I got was the best they could do, he also told me he had been in the business since 1984, what a shame he’s been doing this that long and still doesn’t know what a pizza is supposed to look like or a quality of a pizza is supposed to be, frankly it wasn’t a big deal but the they made it a big deal by not accepting responsibility for their poor pizza making skills and being able to satisfy 1 customer, oh well pizza plus is nothing but pizza place for hacks and isn’t even worth going to anymore, I’ll reserve my money and business for little caesars or another pizza place like Bellas now there’s some pizza worth paying for, stay clear of this pizza plus they don’t know who pay their bills and have forgotten how to make a good pie, thank-you and have a blessed day

Went to Pizza Plus on Weaver Pike in Bristol, TN yesterday (06.27.2025 ) to celebrate a birthday and had the best time! The food was excellent, the waitress, Victoria was AMAZING and the family time was coveted. 9 of us. They handled us like the pros they are! Especially our waitress Victoria. This lady was absolutely on top of her game!! (The whole store was to be honest!)
We didn’t want for anything. She was funny and friendly and as sweet as she could be and one of the best waitresses I have had in a long time!
It was such a great visit I just had to give them credit where credit is due! Victoria and the Manager ( I didn’t catch her name) took the time to offer and then to take pictures for us and I appreciated that more than they could possibly know. The cook(s) did an excellent job! We had a pretty large order and it was PERFECT and we all left stuffed and happy. Please pass this on to them and thank them for us all one more time!

I got this from him at about 8:30 called to complain but they had messed up 11 months ago on one of my orders and that was grounds for her to call me at the more or less I don’t recommend this place where your pets let alone your family everyone I spoke to was rude I will leave out names because I want to put nobody down they may have been having a bad day but that is no reason to be unprofessional for lousy food that I paid $50 for

3 times now I have placed an order for carry out and they never put it in and by the time I get there 30 minutes later they say they never got a call or just didn’t know. This last time the ladies were extra rude to my husband who didn’t even raise his voice. They accused us of never calling and being hateful. My kids and I ordered 3 pizzas and some cheese sticks from here the other day and they were fresh and delicious. The blueberry pizza is amazing! The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and we were very happy with our food!

this pizza plus again. Ordered 2 salad bars for my husband and I. We each go and get 1 plate with a salad and 1 plate with the pasta salads/ fruits. All is well and we get our tab…I pay the bill and notice my total is about $7 different than what my bill said. I ask why and then am told that WITHOUT MY PERMISSION they charged me for an extra salad bar because we got 2 plates. I’m sorry I don’t want the fruit juices going into my salad. Nowhere does it say you can only use 1 plate rather it says 1 TRIP to the salad bar which is exactly what we did. I speak to thr manager and am RUDELY told I was wrong in what I did. I said I want my money back and they refused. I even told them go check their cameras and the manager was very rude and before I said something I shouldn’t have I stormed out of the store. My son FELL on the way out because the floor was wet. Overall HORRIBLE service from the manager. Our server was wonderful and did a great job. He only listened to his manager and added the extra salad bar. I WILL tell everyone I know about my personal experience at Pizza Plus on Weaver Pike in Bristol TN. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Pizza Plus- weaver pike, is the best pizza plus in the tri cities. I live close to this one, so I eat here all the time. Every meal I’ve ever ordered for my family has been beyond delicious. We absolutely love it. Always a go to for me.

Worst service ever had in my life and the people that you deal with the gentle manager that was in training couldn’t even understand her. She is just don’t know what’s going on and then the person that gave my food was the rudest person ever seen in my life.
