The pizza was very good…New York pizza?…uh, no. But it was good. Walk in and go through the line to order your food. At the end of the line, you pay. They will call your name when the food is ready.

For those of you that have read my reviews over the years, you know I am not a fan of restaurant prices with a “tip” feature at time of paying and you do everything but make the food.

That typed, they do fundraisers and that night was such an event where part of our bill went to a good cause.

Worst service, undercooked pizza! The person making my pizza barely spoke up the entire time and the person making the pizza didn’t even seem like they wanted to be there. My pizza was in the oven all of 6 minutes (yes I kept track) and it showed. My pizza was raw, slimy and I couldn’t make it through 2 pieces. I even tried just eating the toppings to salvage the $17 I spent and even that was hard to stomach. This was my first and last time eating here. I hope you have a better experience then I did.

During lunch hours me and my friend had decided to go to MOD pizza after school for a replenishing meal. Upon walking in, I instantly noticed that there was only one worker in the whole establishment. Not only was there one worker, but that worker happened to be rude, and did not want to write my name down for some reason which I thought was weird and honestly unprofessional. After paying an overpriced $17 (order is usually 13) for my caspian pizza, we sat down and waited for the food. After she raised her voice at us, we had received the food. Not only was my pizza cut honestly horribly and I’ve never seen any MOD pizza cut like this. It was un proportionate and the toppings were wacky and not up to my usual standard, this place has always done me well but the last few weeks have just seemed off. Maybe would recommend but for a Friday afternoon, the experience was bad.

I usually do not leave reviews, but I went to mod for lunch and they were slammed with people and online orders. Honestly should of had more staff but What stood out to me was the hi and smile that came from guy in front. Very warming and when I reached him to start my order he made my experience wonderful even shared a laugh with him and my son. This was my first visit to Mod and I will be back because of this guy. His name was Dee. He was very nice and professional and kept a smile from time I entered till time I left. Keep up the work Dee

It tastes good.. they have wide varieties of toppings, dressings for drizzle,sauces, cheeses. They make every thing from scratch before you.. It’s a fire pizza and tasted good. Definitely worth money and i will visit again… service is also good…ambience and neat ness of this store is good.

Bunch of slow lazy kids working here. Not the place if you’re expecting a real pizza joint with any particular “style” or authenticity. Save your money, go to pizza hut– The pizza will be better and the kids will have more on the ball.

Honestly the worst service I’ve ever had!! There was one man working and the whole time he was acting as if us being in the store and ordering was an inconvenience. He was mixing all the ingredients together, mistakenly added sausage to my sisters pizza and when corrected he took every piece off with his hands and put it back into the dish to serve to other customers. I’m vegan and asked if he could switch his gloves after touching meat and cheese and he called me extra under his breath. Very rude and very disappointing and very sassy

I love the strawberry hill location it is always clean always nice people but the Gm they have there Dee made me and my daughter experience over the top. Even with a packed house he lead correctly I see why is the Gm. Great service Dee. Thanks for the mod rewards
