Ordered take out to try it for dinner. Sesame Chicken was flavorless and chewy. Orange Chicken was also flavorless. Fried rice was so salty it was inedible. Crab Rangoon had no crab in it and was also salty. Egg Drop Soup came with saltine crackers and the flavor wasn’t right, also very salty. Even my partner who typically loves salty food said it was too much salt flavor to enjoy.
Only plus was that the meals were ready very quickly and only $12 and very hearty, but unfortunately mostly wasted as they were too salty to eat.

Every time me and my mother go there the food is ALWAYS hot and great tasting . We always get the take out . Everything we order is always full to the top . The Pepper Steak ,Bourbon chick dinners with all the fixings . Combo rice and lo mein also fried dumplings. Every time they out do the last time . I knew it was good in the past but it was some time since I had it . So we gave it a try and the last 3 times were Amazing. My mom was really impressed cause she hasn’t had to much Chinese take out and she loves it now. Great food and a lot of it for great prices .

This lady should not be in customer service at all. Walk in and ask as question about ordering food and shes on the phone ignoring customers. She just kept laughing at her phone. So a few customers just walked out. DO BETTER GREAT WALL. This is not a good look for your restaurant when you have faithful customers. Do better and get a person who wants to actually work and not play on the phone

I just had a doordash driver show up with my order and show me that the bag had leaked onto her car seat because something was wrong with the way the restaurant packed it. When I sat it down to open the bag, we both saw that the containers were so full they were not even sealed. The bag was so saturated it fell apart on my front porch. The driver helped gather it up and said she would rush it back to great wall on gull road to let them know and would wait for the replacement, which was so very kind of her. I called great wall on gull road to let them know the driver was coming in and explained what happened and was told by the gal on the phone that it ‘wasn’t their problem once the food is paid for and leaves their restaurant’. She said I had to take it up with doordash. While on the phone, I heard the driver enter and speak to the same gal and tell her the containers were overfilled and burst open. I heard her tell the driver that it was not their problem, they would not replace the order. The driver was offended, I was offended listening to how little the gal who told the driver she was the manager didn’t care about their error. And I was offended that she said once I paid them, they had no responsibility for poor service. If I could give great wall on gull road a zero rating, I would.

This place tastes really good. Way better than any of the other Chinese spots in Battle Creek. Ordered the vegetable lomain and general tsos chicken with rice it was amazing and they loaded me UP. Also combination plates starting at $11.50 is great pricing considering all the other places want $16 starting off and the food is nasty and a lot less proportioned. DEFINITELY eat here
