I’m very disappointed with the service at this Burger King location today around 5:15 PM. I ordered three hamburgers, but when I received my order, one was missing. I went back to let them know, and the staff handled the situation very poorly. The customer service was terrible — no apology, no courtesy, and a very unprofessional attitude.
Mistakes can happen, but the way the staff treated the situation made it much worse. I expect better service and basic respect when paying for my food. Very disappointed with the service from the employees working this shift.

Looks nice from the outside but overpriced ($15 for an original chicken sandwich combo) and low quality food. Also someone there needs to learn how to cut lettuce because my sandwich came with massive chunks of lettuce like this picture. Avoiding this location from now on.

The prices can be an issue, but the daytime manager is a dream. Her and the employees positivity and work ethic is very admirable. I don’t know how they maintain it with the constant flood of customers from the highway.

The worst!!
They didnt even have BURGERS, only chicken!. I had to wait a long time for my order, and when I finally got it, it was missing items.
The guy serving the orders had a terrible / nasty attitude with all the customers.
And when I asked why we were given such a treatment, he ignored us and left. Another guy said that they didnt have any managers at the place because ‘she was arrested at their parking lot, 2 nights prior’.

Quality and portion sizing of BK has really gone down over the years. Not to mention the hike in their prices. $15 for a combo meal for low quality food fast food… not worth it. Cutting my ties here as I won’t be patronizing this chain anymore.

Perfectly cromulent burger and fries prepared decently quickly. Typical pricing for rest area BK’s.

We ordered two chicken sandwhiches and asked for just no tomato. We also asked for them to be “off the broiler and off the fryer” which I heard is how you get a fresh meal. The manager happen to be there and acted like that wasn’t a thing “everything is fresh” he said.
I got my order in less than 2 minutes (but everything is fresh ofc) and the fries were cold as a homeless man (but everything is fresh), the chicken sandwhich is missing lettuce and has the wrong sauce on it. But. The chicken sandwhich went pretty fire with the wrong sauce ngl.

Don’t even bother coming to this location. Everything is overpriced and they don’t even have the full menu available. $12 for an original chicken sandwich meal when normally you can find a deal for two meals at $7.99. What a joke. Service: horrible. Food quality: trash. Menu selection: nonexistent. Save your time and money and go literally anywhere else.
