Service was good, friendly, and prompt although there were not many diners. Noticed a lot of to go orders going out.
Did not notice ahead of time that the margaritas were $15/each. Probably would not have ordered 2 had we known although they were very large.
They do automatically add 15% gratuity which I did not mind. I added the other 5%.
Would go again despite being a little pricey for a family restaurant.
The music selection was really good and our waitress was very friendly.
I will say, the girl at the bar with the glasses was great! She was working very hard and was friendly and helpful
How can you NOT want to offer YOUR FOOD SERVICES in a clean and decent enviroment??? That’s unbelievable. & the servers see the mess & no one comes to wipe the table down after they sit you. Disgusting, totally I’d fire everyone who did that, if that was my place. Even if I have to do it myself, I’d prefer they offered cleaning solutions, wow.
But not even after they see me pour down a little bit of my drinking water on the table to clean it, they won’t offer a rag, nor towel, nor a cleaning spray. Yuck.
Thank GOD I had ordered my food to go & ate in the 2 go container with to go fork & knifes that I’m sure were cleaner than the Restaurant silverware. Why di some of you not care at all about being clean?
The Music was nice, too loud that truly hurts my ears, but it was flavorful & ethnic, which I loved.
Securuty at the Door was kind & very courteous with all Clients, patient & helpful. There was no host to greet Customers. Big mistake. You all need a host to tell people how it5done, even if you tell them just sit anywhere! It5plain courtesy. Instead, they look at me like I have monkeys on my head, ja, ja, mercy!
Please, kindly learn tour trade & once established, treat it with respect, pride & serve willingly, with dignity & care; after all, your livelihood depends on how well you do things. Charged me tips directly to top it off, when tips should be based on performance, not ever taken automatically. Shame, shame, shame!!!
Food was delicious, but expensive, they do not charge according to what they stated on their menu either, so beware. That should be illegal. Chaged prices, fix your menus too, darn it. It truly felt disrespectful & I always go humbly with true desire to check new places out. Take the food to go for a better experience, & check what they charge you. It’s not legal to charge more than what your menu says, no matter what anyone in there says. I should have called the cops on them. But don’t want to hurt people, there’s enough confusion & bad things happening to people with the terrible & new immigration round ups, but beware. OVERCHARGING WHAT YOU STATE IN YOUR OWN PRINTED MENU IS ILLEGAL. YOU DO IT AGAIN, I’LL CALL TOU ON IT, BECAUSE IT IS WRONG, WRONG, WRONG!
Teach your servers how to serve on a clean table, with clean floors, not sticky floors, teach them to serve with a smile & teachveveryone how to pronounce things in Spanish & in English, after all we’re in America, & you will do super.
Blessings to all . . . ☝️
