Super bad place, almost 20 minutes to get served and take an order, the easiest to make, and they give me super dry pasta with sauce, and I know they’re not like that because I’ve ordered them many times at other establishments in this chain, and some hard bread that looked like a tree branch, I had to throw it away. This place and the girl who serves should close these places and lose their jobs so they can hire people with more desire to work.

3 stars because the pizza was decent. This Pizza Hut had the nerve to add “Express” to the end of the name, but proceeded to be the slowest Pizza Hut on the face of this earth. The employees wouldn’t make eye contact with customers because they didn’t want to address customer needs or concerns. They speed walk by the counter and look down while handing out food, so other customers don’t ask them where their food is. The only reason I stooped to Pizza Hut’s level is because of the promise of speed. I will avoid this establishment, moving forward.

Super small order
5 minutes wait on counter but nobody there just they talk each other on back after 5 minutes they came on front nobody ask me anything and they already know i am waiting them for order then the girl check computer i think something wrong in it then she call someone and he also check computer but they ignored me then the guys went back to send someone to fix it and that time she told me about wait like 5 minutes done you guys ignored the coustmer

I used ultra one credit
I ordered 2 pizzas which is super small like kids meal and they sell near about after tax $16
I gave them $17 ultra credit when i place my order on counter and nobody tell me if you order some sous with it then i need to pay but when my order ready to pick up then i asked about ranch they said i need to pay for that i said i am not have wallet now its in truck and i already gave to you $17 ultra one credit but my order is $16 but they not give me ranch so first thing they need to tell the coustmer about it when they order but they didn’t
All food place give you souse with your order
This location super cheap
Poor management
They don’t want to customer happy
Just one ranch its not big deal but they follow their cheap rules
And i heard about first time that kind of ranch cheap deal

I ordered 2 cheese pizza. And i felt like i wasted my money. The pizza was dry with very little sauce and cheese. It was like dry bread with cheese flavor on it. And also I had to wait for about 5 minutes before someone came up to take my order, (if it was a bathroom break then it’s understandable). I’m going to avoid this place next time.

People do not waste your money here! Personal pizza will cost you just as much as a large one. You’re better off finding a real Pizza Hut. You do not have to get food from here Sweetwater is literally 2 miles up the road

I noticed the manager was the server, so i asked him, ‘before i order, is all the food here fresh, or has it been out a while?’ I mentioned to the him that the last time i came there a few days ago my breadsticks were kind of cold/hard and I asked him why they no longer put cooking expiration times on the box when you buy personal pizzas and breadsticks. I was actually very surprised at the response he gave me. 1st, he apologized, and then he said, to fix this problem, i’ll make your order fresh right now. Then he informed me that whenever you come, anytime if you want your order done fresh right at that moment, you can ask to have your pizza, wings, breadsticks or whatever prepared at that time if you don’t mind waiting. I told him, thanks, i didn’t know that and then I told him, ‘you’re a pretty good manager’. ‘Most of the people that work there seem to be in a rush or dont really care all that much if your food is done right or not’. To my SURPISE, he said, ‘I’m not a manager, i just work here’. ‘Hey, this is my job, & that is how i feed my family.’ ‘If you don’t come anymore, then i’m out of a job, right?’
