We had an excellent meal courtesy of PJ!
We came for happy hour and even though the bar was full, they let us sit in PJs section to enjoy the delicious bites off the happy hour menu. My husband raved about the Award winning Spiced Watermelon cocktail, said it was his favorite bite of the evening! We would come back again and again for the braised beef quesadillas, the wagyu meatballs, and the truffle fries. PJ’s service, and that of the venture staff, was excellent. Drinks were prompt, the food was hot, and our water glasses were never without. 10/10!

We had an absolutely incredible dinner at STK Orlando! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was perfect—definitely “not your daddy’s steakhouse.” Our server, Charles, provided top-notch service and made sure our experience was seamless from start to finish.

The highlights of the meal were undoubtedly the dishes. Here’s what we loved:
• The Porterhouse: Cooked to absolute perfection. It was juicy, flavorful, and definitely the star of the show.
• Lobster Mac & Yukon Mash: For sides, the Lobster Mac was rich and decadent, and the Yukon Mash was incredibly smooth and creamy.
• G Terrazas: We paired our meal with some excellent wine that complemented the steak beautifully.

For our main dishes, we ordered the Australian Wagyu flat iron steak paired with crispy Brussels sprouts, and the shrimp scampi pasta. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We stopped in for lunch, and it was well worth it.

What an amazing dying experience! When one of the busiest nights of the year, the weekend before Christmas at Disney springs would happen upon STK. We asked for the first available too and we’re blessed to be seated right next to the crowds walking by. To the other side of the table were the fire tornadoes which made the ambience amazing! Our server, PJ, was spot on with everything we needed and of course the food was beyond compare! The club music banging in the background was a wonderful addition to the meal! Definitely worth your time for an amazing dining experience!

Everything was absolutely amazing! We loved everything from start to finish. The service was outstanding — our waiter, Gonzo, was the best! He was very attentive, friendly, and professional, and truly made our experience special.

Today we stopped in for a quick bite, and the happy hour menu was perfect. It’s a great option when you don’t feel like having a full meal. With the nice weather, it’s so pleasant to sit outside on the terrace. Our favorites from the happy hour menu are the Lil’ BRGs, short rib quesadilla, and tuna tacos — though everything on the menu is amazing. Special thanks to Charles, who always takes wonderful care of us every time we visit for lunch.

Making a reservation at STK Steakhouse is definitely necessary, so keep that in mind. We arrived on time and were welcomed in the best manner. The host guided us to our table, and our waiter was exceptionally warm and kind throughout the evening.
Our food arrived in good time. We ordered the 6oz and 10oz steaks—both were tasty and well-prepared. That said, coming from South Africa where we regularly enjoy high‑quality steaks, the dishes didn’t particularly stand out for us. The pricing is on the higher side, which adds to that feeling.
The restaurant itself has great aesthetics with a funky, modern décor that creates a lively atmosphere.
All in all, it was a good experience—excellent service, enjoyable food, and a stylish setting, though the value for money could be better.

My wife and I attended STK Steakhouse in Orlando on Sunday February 15 for a Valentines date night. We were able to have an incredible and unforgettable experience thanks to our server Valerie. From the moment we sat down Valerie’s engaging personality set the tone for the rest of the dinner. She was incredibly attentive, always making sure our glasses were full and that we had everything we needed. Valerie’s recommendations were spot on and the food was delicious. This was our first time dining here, and we had a remarkable experience. If you’re planning to visit STK Steakhouse Orlando, I highly recommend asking for Valerie.

Came here during happy hour with our friends & all I can say is WOW. We got a little bit of everything off the happy hour menu, & each plate was delicious. My favorite plate was the Steak and Frits & drink wise (The Margarita) very strong! Esteban was our server and he was so kind and attentive. Our experience here was great and we will be returning!
My only con – the Calamari was a 2/10. Otherwise definitely a place I recommend.
Update: Me & my friends returned again on Jan 24th. & once again had an amazing experience! Same server as last time and the service was just as excellent. Friendly, professional, and on point. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

I recently dined at STK Steakhouse and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience, especially considering the high prices and reputation. As someone who cooks steaks regularly and understands quality cuts and preparation, I can confidently say the meat did not taste like premium steak at all. The texture and flavor were underwhelming and did not justify the cost. I ordered a ribeye, and it didn’t even resemble what a ribeye should look like. Instead of a nicely marbled cut with structure, it arrived looking like a shapeless blob of meat and honestly felt like a regular supermarket cut that was on clearance, which was shocking for a steakhouse that markets itself as upscale.
Several sides and appetizers also missed the mark. The mac and cheese had an odd smoky taste and was watery rather than creamy and rich. The corn soufflé barely tasted like corn and lacked flavor. The caviar appetizer was the biggest letdown. It tasted mostly like butter and cream with almost no distinct caviar flavor, which is unacceptable given how expensive it was.
Overall, the meal felt extremely overpriced for the quality delivered. I genuinely felt ripped off by the end of the night. I don’t mind paying premium prices for excellent food, but this experience did not come close to matching the cost. I left feeling disappointed and would not recommend going there at all.
