I travel so when I see the locals complaining at a food place on maps, I go try it out. First of all, waited less than 10 minutes. But they were extremely busy with mobile orders so I figured I’d wait. Wasn’t long… Ordered the classic famous bowl & classic chicken sandwich. Both were fresh & hot. No complaints from me.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I ordered online two bowls went to pick up. They were ready. Sat down to eat, open the lid and HAIR not just one or two but a CLUMP OF HAIR!! Showed to the counter person he laughed, took it to someone else who used profanity to express his disbelief. While that one was being replaced I opened the second one and MORE HAIR!! JUST NASTY!! Of course they didn’t give me my money back when I told them I didn’t want it. Just a NASTY PLACE WITH NASTY PEOPLE WORKING AT THIS TIME!!!

Very slow. Lady taking orders was rude. Food took forever and wasn’t even hot. The cole slaw wasn’t cold like it should be. Restaurant needs cleaned. Definitely won’t go there again.

They completely ignored me for over ten minutes at the front counter while they took drive thru orders, stocked cups and stacked up pick up orders for people not even there waiting in front of them. So many employees came up and ignored me and my family waiting. I won’t be back!

App didn’t work and charged me twice and the store didn’t even have my order. The people at the restaurant were nice but couldn’t help. Left without food because there was no way I was going to give them any more money. Still waiting for refund.

I ordered an 8-piece chicken meal with two sides at KFC, and the experience was terrible. They had me pull up and wait, which led me to believe the food would be fresh. When I got home, the chicken was dry, old, and completely unappetizing. I paid $35 for this meal, and it was so bad that even my dog didn’t want to eat the chicken — which goes to show just how horrible it was. The drive-through worker had assured me it was freshly cooked, but that was clearly not the case. I will be contacting corporate because this was unacceptable.

We pulled into the drive-thru and were told to come inside to place our order (no reason why). We park, go inside, there is one person at the counter. A young lady yells from the kitchen I can fix his order, but after that, that’s it. I’m out of chicken it’s going to be 45 mins. IT’S 5:45 YOU CLOSE AT 8:00 PM. HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE CHICKEN AT DINNER TIME?

The entire staff and management need to be fired. It pains me to say that this has been an ongoing issue at this location. How they stay in business is beyond me.

This place is terrible and the woman managing it is lazy and got nothing under control. I came for a delivery pick up that was ordered over 30 mins ago and I was told it wasn’t ready(after waiting in line for too long while they were chatting with customer on some personal stuff). No ice in the machine, carrying broomstick everywhere cleaning but not washing hands right after and touching food. They prepared few orders and delivered for people that just came in and ordered right in front of me while I’m still waiting on mine. It’s not even a large order. Just one order of wings. This place and management is terrible. Such an unacceptable level of service. I’m still waiting on my order as I’m about to post this review.

This is by far the worst KFC in business. The employees are rude, slow, careless, inefficient, not in uniform. The place is dingy, disorganized dirty and old.
I have been here 3 times. I have the expectation that it will take at least 30 minutes to get your food.

Inside was dirty, good on table, spil on floor never cleaned up. Food bar disgusting, had to wait 20 just to get someone’s attention to refill the chicken in the food bar.. the girls working the window and filling orders were to bust discussing how she was going to wear her hair!!!!!!!! Only descent services was when we ordered.
