I had the bbq brisket & it was outstanding! My wife had the schnitzel & she loved it. 1 of the workers was sick so it was hard foe 1 server to do everything but im sure it would’ve been fine if there were 2 workers there. Next time. Only thing I didn’t like is the bears game wasn’t on. Again, maybe cuz short on staff. Hidden gem.

All I can say is WOW! Food was amazing. We ordered the burnt ends and pretzel bits for appetizers. The kids couldn’t wait to start eating them as you can see from the picture:)
The burnt ends and onion strings melted in our mouth. The flavor was the spot on. The best burnt ends I’ve ever had. We ordered the fettuccine alfredo and skirt steak sandwich. My parents are from Calabria Italy so I know pasta. The pasta was cooked al dente. The alfredo sauce was just perfect not too heavy and had the right flavor. I had the skirt steak sandwich recommended by the waitress. Thank god I listened. The most tender pieces of skirt steak. Great seasoning with the mushrooms, onions and green peppers on a toasted garlic bread. Looks like we found our new regular spot. The service was excellent. The staff was nice and we met the owner a very nice man.

We use to love bosses signature. We have ordered takeout from there a few times now. Good always came hot and fresh, cooked just perfectly. I know there is now new ownership & we wanted to see if anything has changed. We ordered dinner tonight (2 burgers and fries). My burger didn’t come with the onion straws it said it comes with. My burger was also extremely dry, it was almost inedible. The bacon on the burger was so hard it felt like it was breaking your teeth. The fries were also hard and just not fresh. Super disappointed as this place was one of my favorite in Bartlett. Hopefully they can get the kinks sorted!!

We ordered the burnt ends, Hitman pizza, chopped salad, and the side truffle fries. The burnt ends and pizza were awesome! The truffle fries were great but the portion was small for $11. The salad just okay and was vastly overpriced at $20. At that price point, every detail of the salad should be fantastic. The service was fantastic – friendly, attentive, everything came out quickly. The restaurant is very pretty and ambiance the atmosphere were very pleasant. I’ll be back for sure as we don’t have a lot of great restaurants in Bartlett but the menu is definitely hit or miss for me.

Ate here last night with my wife for the 1st time. We didn’t know what to expect with the new menu and recent remodel, but absolutely enjoyed everything. The owner Gino was kind and came to our table to check and make sure everything was good.
The burnt end appetizer, schnitzel, coleslaw and turtle cheesecake were all amazing. I had the bartender make a fruity vodka cocktail for me and it was so good I had to order another.
This place is fair priced, great service and we can’t wait to return. As a Bartlett local, I hope others in town and around other areas welcome this place with open arms.

Ordered delivery, Delivery was approx 3 blocks….. was handed the bag with the food container sideways in the bag, The balsamic salad dressing was all over all the food containers ….My wife had the caprese salad with buratta……. She said the tomatoes were rotten and it was the worst buratta she ever had….. typically soft and creamy…… this was hard and stiff…..she also had salmon on the salad she said the salmon was good and cooked well but no seasoning. I had ribs they were ok. Mother in law had a burger also ok……. Bill was $85 I’d say the quality is what I’d expect from a $45 meal…. Nothing about the meal would draw me back

Been coming here for a while now, mainly been doing carry out and each time the food had been great! We have tried different items from the menu all enjoyable with plenty of flavor. Today we tried the pizza and it was great. I did carry out while I had a drink at the bar and had good conversations with the owner while I waited. It’s nice to interact with a small business owner and a owner who cares to get to know his customers.

Although it was a busy night, the restaurant team handled the influx well.
Some guests were frustrated, but when you see it’s a busy night, patience is a virtue.
The food was delicious.
We had an appetizer with prosciutto, mozzarella and balsamic dressing. Our entrees were fettuccine with garlic sauce topped with shrimp, and a rib dinner.
All was delicious!
When you go, don’t forget to try the homemade cheesecake! Yum!
