I’ve been looking for a decent spot for grilled chicken not named El Pollo Loco. I was hoping this would be it, but I’ll need to keep searching.
The chicken had good overall flavor, but it was somewhat dry. I did go later in the day around 730pm, so maybe the chicken had been sitting for a while.
I also didn’t like that they throw the tortillas in the container with the chicken. They got soggy and made them less enjoyable.
Salsas were good and service was good. I might try a burrito next time instead, but I’ll be passing on their grilled chicken.

I’ve been here years ago and was a regular then the chicken was worth coming back again and again. Today I ordered the chicken burrito along with my boyfriend same order. The chicken was old, tough, and rubbery as if we gotten the ends. We both commented how extremely dry it was h3 wanted to complain but as he hadn’t eaten all day he just finished what we ordered and said never again. Im surprised that they would serve such chicken. Disappointed!

According to Google, the establishment opens at 10:00. I arrived at 10:10, and the woman serving asked, “What do you want?” Obviously, I wanted to buy chicken. I replied that I wanted eight pieces of chicken, and then she proceeded to yell at the cook, “Is the chicken ready yet?” Anyway, after paying for the chicken, she told me, “I hope you have luck and the chicken sells out quickly today.” I replied, “It’s not about luck, it’s about attitude.” She’s a rude person. If they don’t want to sell their stupid chicken at 10:00, they should open at 12:00, 1:00, or whatever time they want, but with a better attitude. Obviously, I won’t be returning to their stupid location. And yes, this happened today. There are many other options for where to buy chicken, so I don’t recommend coming here unless you want to feel like they’re doing you a favor.

I love the customer service here! She asked for a review but did not ask for five star. Any chef who wants to improve their food and service is likely a good chef. Ordered 3 tacos and chips and guacamole. My salsa were super fresh, I can see it, smell it and taste the freshness. My flan cake was great, nice texture and sweetness maybe too sweet for me. I would like some good coffee in it 🙂 . I think this place is great for the local and visitors. High value for lower prices.

I ordered 16 pieces and 2 sides for a holiday potluck. It was easy to order by phone and it was ready when I arrived to pick up. Everyone enjoyed the chicken. I will order again at this location.
