Hot honey rub wings were fire — crispy with the perfect sweet heat. Fries were okay but seasoned to perfection. Ordered online and it was ready before the pickup time. Would order again.

The worst experience I have had at Wing Stop. We ordered the $18.99 20 boneless wing special. We waited for 35 minutes after our order was supposed to be ready and when we got our food, the wings and fries were ice cold. The boneless wings were the SMALLEST wings I have ever seen. Several fast food establishment and restaurants have larger chicken nuggets. Supposably our order was waiting for the french fries to be done. By the time we received our order the fries were ice cold and rubbery. I am extremely disappointed in the taste, texture, flavor, temperature and size of my order.

First time having wingstop and i would say it’s very lackluster. Ordered the chicken sandwich meal with mild sauce plus 2 tenders with the garlic parm. Food was fresh on pickup. Mild sauce had no flavor and the garlic parm was just parm cheese lol(my fault partially because i didnt see it was a dry until pickup). Fries were good. Sandwich was kinda small but for 8 bucks, cant complain too much.

This is the third time I have stopped at this location and had the same experience. Hours on the door says open until midnight during the week. All three times I’ve stopped at 10pm and have been told they are only taking online orders only and no walk in service. I guess buffalo wild wings gets my business from now on. Frustrating to say the least. Not a very good business practice to turn paying customers away.

We ordered for delivery, so I can’t comment on the store itself, but we were very happy with our experience! Our order was on time (even during the Chiefs game), everything was correct, and the wings were delicious! We were a bit hesitant to order here since it’s so new, but we will absolutely be ordering again!

We ordered online at 4:15pm for pickup at 6pm, the order of 20 wings, fries & a drink wasn’t ready until 7pm. They forgot the fries.
I love Wingstop and was excited about this location opening. Never again will I go to this location. I’ll take the 20 minute drive to the one by Winnwood as their service and food has been 10/10 every single time.
Unless something changes drastically with the staff at this location, I expect it to be closed within a year.

Wingstop is an interesting wing joint. They have tables setup in order to dine in, but their online ordering and pickup is their specialty. The staff are great and the atmosphere is adequate but not great by any stretch. I highly recommend going at least once so you can make your own decision on how great it is to you.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The service is a joke!!! The employees are rude and do not care about the customers. They yell at one another with no regard as to who is around. They leave orders sitting and the delivery drivers had to get almost forceful to be acknowledged. Wingstop you need to do better. Train your employees get them under control! If this was my business I’d be extremely mad this was happening on a regular basis.

I don’t know what’s going on with this Wingstop compared to other locations, but it’s an absolute mess. Avoid ordering here at all costs. There’s another wingstop 3.6 miles down Barry rd. Just order from that one. I’ve never had a problem at any other location.
