We ordered ahead and it was still a wait with one car in the drive thru and one other person inside. Both customers seemed as confused and annoyed as we were. Our food was overly dressed in sauces. What good is a toasted sub thats drenched with ranch before you even get to bite into it? Inedible food and freaky slow service. They had three people making sandwiches and another two trying to figure out the drivethru order.
We eat at sub shops often and hadn’t tried this one location until today. Easily the absolute worst sub I have had in years across six different major chains and a few local shops. Hard pass.

My family loves JJ’s and we eat at this location often. They never mess up our orders and are always great to interact with but the best thing is that I like to write silly names for my husband and kids in the “who it’s for” field and regardless of how ridiculous I get they always put the funny names on the wrappers. It brings me much joy and I absolutely cackle every time we start handing out the food. Great job Jimmy John’s, you guys are awesome!

Jimmy John’s of Midwest City serves up fantastic sandwiches, and their lettuce wraps are a personal favorite of mine. Our recent visit was an excellent experience, and we can’t help but recommend them whenever we can!

Eating low-carb is delightfully easier and hand-held thanks to the “unwich” – this one was a beach club: turkey, avocado, tomato, provolone, all wrapped in an iceberg lettuce leaf – a little like a salad all wrapped in a leaf with paper on the outside to reinforce it all.

We order the same thing at least once a month. My Chicken Bacon ranch toasted sub was cold hardly any chicken and tasted like running slimy lettuce. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed! I redeemed my reward and got the sandwich with turkey and bacon. It felt very light so I opened it up and found there was hardly any meat. Usually JJ’s is on point but this time they missed the mark.

The last two times were not great. I don’t know if there’s someone new working there, but it’s different lately.
I redeemed my free sandwich & ordered an additional sandwich.. there were so many peppers in Both sandwiches, could hardly eat it.. I also got mostly the ends of roast beef, which absolutely is gross to me. That’s the only part I don’t want of roast beef. There is hardly any meat on my sandwich or anything I asked for. I don’t really like a lot of tomatoes, because the sandwich usually ends up soggy..

Got a tuna sandwich, this is just pure laziness. The tuna covers maybe a 1/3rd of the sandwich and the rest is dry bread with lettuce. No Mayo, and our other sandwich had no Mayo either and was full of lettuce which I requested no lettuce. If you have a job to do, please do it. They weren’t busy at all, so business isn’t an excuse.

I ordered on the app and went in to pick up my sandwich. The first thing I noticed is how unfriendly the guy at the counter is. Then, I start hearing them saying my name, so I said “Did you call my name?” Then they act like I’ve bothered them and tell me they messed up and are having to make my unwich again (like maybe they made it and gave it to someone else?). Anyway, just a bad overall experience that would’ve been ok had the employees not been so rude.

I’ve been eating at Jimmy John’s for a while now and really enjoyed the fresh food and the great prices. Well guess I had my last sandwich. They offer the free chips and drink but now the price is so outrageous I’ll never go back. Literally got two sandwiches and the price was more than what I’ve ever paid with getting more food and actually paying for the chips and drinks. It had a nice run. They double charged me for a double sandwich and it has never had to be spilt before , charging double for one sandwich. $32 bucks and I will never return. Don’t waste your money.
