I had the most amazing experience tonight at this store. I used to get the Almond Berry Blast almost everyday at Planet smoothie. Unfortunately they discontinued it. I went in wanting that smoothie and asked the amazing staff member by the name of Austin, and he went above and beyond in making sure he created the recipe as close as possible to the smoothie that always captivated my heart. Thank you Austin for making my night! Your service was above and beyond, not just by creating this smoothie but by holding conversation w me and my husband, and wishing us a great night. We need more people like Austin in our service industry. Kudos and thanks again! 🙂

I went to this location on a Friday at 12:45pm and there was a long hair girl serving, extremely unfriendly with a very unpleasant attitude.
Aside from that, she missed to fill almost 1 inch of my medium smoothie.
