One of the best kept secrets in Vermont. One of the best beer collections anywhere. Homemade donuts. Excellent homemade sandwiches of all kinds, and the best fried chicken one can find. The staff is great and Mike’s is a meeting place for the whole community.

Have seen employees openly vaping in the back of the deli, food left in their hot cases that have been there for almost five-six hours, and pastries that are left on the rack days after they are supposed to have expired. Obvious the staff here has no real care about the quality of food they put out.
Some of the staff seem to get into arguments and swear at each other regularly, especially this one larger gentleman who is usually seen working in the morning behind the deli. Not professional at all, especially when who I am assuming is the store manager does nothing in the moment to make it better or stop it.
On top of that the only bathrooms they have are two porta-potties outsides that seem like they never get cleaned or stocked other than when they are switched out for new ones. Especially around this time of year this is not the kind of thing you want to be told to use.

Fantastic sandwiches made fast and fresh. I always get the thanksgiving sandwich. Don’t forget to grab a slice of pie. Good beer selection too.

Service wasn’t friendly, except for one helpful older gentleman. Seriously, I never felt like someone was so upset to take my order for a sandwich.

Found Mike’s completely by accident years ago when I had to get off the highway to fill up with gas. Picked up some great food and beer during that initial visit (some of the best craft beer selection I’ve come by), and totally forgot to mark the location on my map so I could stop by again in the future. A year or two later, by chance, came off the same exit (rarely traveled through that area before), and found it again. Ever since, it’s been a staple to stop at when we’re in the area. Love the food, the people, the beer selection. Thank you guys!!

Good food, plwnty of drinks, huge red flag when I ask for a bathroom and get informed of a porta potty. Not disability friendly, i am not going out there in -4F weather.

This is THE best stop you can ever find. Ive since moved 4 hours away and in my living will my wife knows my last meal is a Thanksgiving sub from here. Great selection of beer and all the essentials.

Awesome craft beer selection. Their prepared foods used to be amazing but unfortunately since I’ve returned the taste isn’t nearly what it used to be. Flavorless or over saturated pastas low quality, just not good anymore.
Please for the love of god fix your bathrooms and or port potties. For the amount of traffic and money you guys bring in this is crazy to have broken bathrooms long term.
