I got a med sub and almost finished one half and found about an inch black hair. My hair is blonde and red. I always look at my food very closely before I take the next bite. I just asked to be reimbursed and was. I do not want to be mean and rude about this. I just ask that maybe people that work in the food industry should wear hairnets. I know it is not pretty but at least it will be more sanitary.

We LOVE Firehouse subs! It’s our favorite sandwich shop. Their sandwiches are consistently delicious and the service is great. Today stood out to me though because the salad was forgotten from my meal and someone from Firehouse drove it to our house. He went out of his way to get it to me and I appreciated it! We tryed the French dip sandwiches and ask for a combo. 40:00. I could have went to glory days for that price. Everything is a placated. Better communication at the cash register about the prices. One large w fries and two drinks would have worked. Expensive lunch ( retired)

Firehouse is awesome! (Insert Lego musical notes).. they are consistently just plain GOOOOD. Subs are delicious, the price is comparable and the atmosphere is fun. I really appreciate the wide variety of both. Chips and drinks. The place is always clean as are the bathrooms.

I am a fan of Firehouse in general (over Jersey Mikes, Subway, etc), but the workers at this location are always friendly and the quality is consistent. They even packed up a sub with the meat and bread separately for me when I told the I was taking it to go and reheating it later. Firehouse really hit a home run with their new fries and sauce, its totally worth getting fries for an extra dollar over the regular combo. They are top tier for a sandwich shop each time I have had.

Service was great. Food was delicious but the employees could definitely cut our subs better, my sub was cut in thirds and basically cut down the middle long ways. I couldn’t even pick up my sandwich. I got it down but it wasn’t pretty. #NoSubLeftBehind.

A great sandwich place. The meats and toppings are fresh. The sandwiches aren’t thrown together. Like that the hot sause bar is back,hopefully to stay. I also enjoy the chilli, just the right amount of heat. I have tried about 4 different sandwiches, with no complaints on any. I really like the fact that you can pick from the different styles of Coke products.
