Pizza quality is good but service is awful. This is the second time I deal with jessy’s dismissive and combative attitude. First time was over sauces that were missing in my pizza (blue cheese, marinara for cheesesticks that should come with the order) second confrontational attitude was when I ordered 2 extra large pizza and one of them with half pepperoni/chicken/pineapple the pepperoni was missing. She told me I didnt order pepperoni when the ticket shows I did. She was very confrontational and rude both times. I worked in the pizza industry for a long time and id never treat my customers this way. Also I am not one to write a review but hopefully this gets to corporate.
One more thing, her front cashier anissa is absolutely amazing. A+++ service everytime.

Very disappointed with this Pizza Hut location.
Last night I called at 11:05 PM to place an order for a cheese-stuffed crust Meat Lover pizza. They did not ask for my name, only took the order and told me it would be ready in 15 minutes.
I arrived at 11:45 PM and was told it would be ready in 8 more minutes. Later, when I asked again, they said they never took my phone order and that they only started making it when I arrived.
On top of that, they were preparing a different order that was not mine, and when I asked how much longer it would take, I never received a clear answer. No apology, no explanation, no customer service.
I was hungry and felt ignored. Very unprofessional experience. I do not recommend this location.

They’ve got a huge hole in the concrete at the entrance! Please fix your pavement so your customers don’t get flat tires when entering your driveway!!!!

Very slow service at this location.
I ordered one pizza for pickup through the app and it says it was ready in 15 minutes. I’ve been here standing at the store for 10 additional minutes (after the 15 minutes) and still is not ready. Not good customer service. They did not try to take care of my order. I am the only customer waiting here for an order. Not happy about this situation.

I placed an order online at 4:51 PM estimate time was 55 to 65 minutes after 3 hours and 19minutes I received my pizza cold breadstick greasy dissatisfied I called the store and Leo said next time I Oder a get a 20% off I decline his offer my children crying because I chose to rely on Pizza Hut dinner at this location being run poorly the driver drop the pizza at my Doorstep’s and went to his car and proceeded to yell at me saying $30 with the price and I said OK and He said I need my bag and I said come get your bag he wanted to bring the bag back to him to his car was that part of my job as a paying costumer.Leo i told you of my pizza was cold I was going to give you a review thank you for you’re 20% off.

The Delivery driver refuse to deliver to my door claiming there was no parking and when I walked down there were plenty of spots. He did said that will be $34 when the order was $24. Asked him to look at the receipt then he said oops sorry. Thus he tried to get more money out of me and didn’t delivery to the door . Pizza was also cold and flavorless. I live just blocks away how is it already cold ?

I ordered pizza online from this pizza hut location, online stated they have a deal for a large pizza, what came in as delivered wasn’t large. How can medium size pizza and large pizza look the same? I called the location, the women on the phone was highly rude and disrespectful didn’t even get a chance to get her name but she is giving a really bad taste to Pizza Hut. That is not how you conduct customer service please learn how to softly speak to someone when they have a problem and a concern and learn how to do better. The worse experience here. They should’ve just said medium pizza online and not a large.
