Absolutely amazing experience! The food is truly authentic and incredibly delicious. Every dish is packed with flavor and made perfectly. The people here are wonderful, very friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. The atmosphere has such a great vibe — you can tell they care about both the food and their customers. Honestly, everything on the menu looked so good that I wanted to order everything! If you’re looking for real, authentic Thai food, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tried an a whim. What a great spot.
Food was great, service was impeccable, pricing was spectacular.
All the food tasted freshly made. We shared 2 appetizers (the BLT cucumber was excellent), 2 mains and shared a dessert.
The owner asked me to put a pin on the map to represent my home country which made me smile. Mines the green pin, go find it!
We highly recommend and we will be back.

We stopped at this restaurant for dinner on our way back from Ball State. After we place our order they brought us our soup which was great. My daughter ordered the sautéed chicken and mushroom Mie Goreng (Lo Mein noodles). I couldn’t decide on one single thing so I ordered 2 meals. The 1st meal I ordered was the Chicken Satay, which is chicken beasts on skewers marinated in Mayasari Peanut Sauce with a side of rice and a small side of what tasted like a type of slaw with a vinegar taste. This was really good with the contrasting flavors and the chicken was so tender and not dried out. The 2nd dish I ordered was the Sautéed Asparagus Special which had Asparagus with marinated chicken (also the Mayasari sauce). This meal was as equally as good as the 1st one and both came with the steamed rice and are full complete meals. We both agreed that the meals were really Great and the small homey atmosphere was good as well. I highly recommend this place and hope to be back.

This place is very nice. It was our first time eating Indonesian food. It was worth the drive. The food was very good and the restaurant was very clean. Take the time to talk to the owner. Their background story is very interesting. And the history of his wife and grandmother-in-law is awesome! They take the time to explain the food so that you don’t get something that you wouldn’t like.
Second visit: outstanding! Tried something different. Not disappointed! Love this place!

I’ve now had a second visit to Mayasari, and both times really enjoyed my experience. This restaurant is a GEM in an otherwise culinary-starved region of Indiana. The food is really delicious. The service is prompt, friendly and you are made to feel right at home. The prices are outrageously affordable for the quality of food that is offered.
I ordered the Beef Rendang, which the owner/server indicated was the most commonly ordered item (though that’s what I was aiming for, even without the suggestion). My friend ordered the meatball soup (which my husband ordered on my first visit), and it was equally good both times I tried it.
I’m really happy to find this spot in Greensburg and plan to make it a customary stop when traveling towards Cincinnati or the East/Southeast quadrant of Indiana.

Hubby & I were traveling through town and I found this restaurant using Google Maps. It’s a dining spot for locals, so the owner was happy to learn how we found them.
I selected Bihun Goreng with Shrimp. We both were pleasantly surprised when a Broth Soup arrived before our meal.
I guess I am used to the large portions of most restaurants, so I thought my noodle dish was very small. It tasted excellent, though.
In a small, interior room where we sat, there was a map on the wall with hundreds of pins. We asked the owner about this, and she explained that it was the location of all of their customer home locations that have visited them.
A couple seated in the room near us, began talking to us. A man in a different area walked over and started talking with the couple. This was the first time I had ever experienced something like this, and it was quite nice!
Next time, I will try the Chicken Satay. Other diners really liked that dish.

Traveling thru Greensburg on our way to Brown County, and we love trying new food, so we decided to stop in Mayasari and were very pleasantly surprised. Katlyn our server was very knowledgeable and helpful with decisions and her recommendations were spot on. The Soto Mie Ayam (indonesian noodle soup) tasted amazing. And the Blt cucumber was very refreshing and tasty. The Rissole was probably our favorite out of all the amazing food we had. Highly recommend stopping in this little treat in this nice town 🙂

I’m torn because unlike others who posted here, I did not love my Beef Curry; however, I also ordered a lamb kebab that had the best tasting, tenderest meat I’ve had outside of a Brazilian steakhouse. The service was excellent. It would feel wrong rating this restaurant a 4 based on the kebab and service alone, but the 5 feels generous. 4.25/5
