I eat here often, love the food. My food is always ready when they say, it;s never late. The workers are always nice to me. I will say the new drivers need to be a little bit more careful with the food but overall best pizza for delivery in my area. I also love the papa rewards on the website. I can’t tell you how many pizzas I got for like $5 or less thanks to the rewards. Deferentially recommend. 10/10

I use to love ordering from this particular Papa John’s but I’ve ordered there twice this month and both times the pizza was not only cold but it tasted awful for some reason. Don’t know what’s going on over there these days but it definitely isn’t the same Papa John’s I use to order from.

Absolutely disgusting the pizza was raw and I’m not even sure what was wrong with the cheese sticks that were just bad they just didn’t taste right!! I’m not a complainer like I understand they get busy but I paid 30 dollars for trash wh3n I usually order from there it’s not always perfect to much sauce the pizza is cold and greasey but iv never complained until now if your going to order from this place I would walk in I had mine delivered so maybe they don’t care what it looks or taste like wh3n they deliver because your not in the restaurant in there face to complian I did call the restaurant and spoke with the manager but my issue was not resolved I’ll never be ordering from that place again!!

I ordered and paid online, and received notification that our order was ready. When we arrived we were told it was going to be 25 more minutes. When the order was finally ready, they tried to charge us for a more expensive order. Come to find out, that it order was ready, sitting in the boxes waiting for pickup for the additional 25 minutes we were made to wait. When we got home to eat our pizzas, they were cold die to them sitting so long on their pickup shelf due to their employees lack of customer service. Very dissatisfied with this order!!!!

I ordered a pizza through door dash and Papa John’s in Louisa, KY made the pizza wrong. They refused to replace the pizza or refund the money, saying door dash had to handle it. I informed them that door dash didn’t make the pizza and they still refused to make the mistake right. DON’T ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!!

I want to thank the Manager Jamie for going above and beyond today for all of her help and trouble with helping me feed 30 hungry construction workers that are working today at the Big Sandy Power Plant. Her customer service on the phone and in the store was excellent! She was very polite and represents her company very well. Thanks again Jamie!

I ordered pizza with ground beef and specifically said no sausage because I don’t eat pork but they still put the sausage instead. I definitely won’t want to order from there anytime soon if they can’t get something that simple right.
