Desi District is a wonderful new addition, and I truly enjoyed my visit. The ambience instantly made me feel like I was back in Hyderabad — warm, welcoming, and full of authentic desi vibes.
The food was excellent and tasted very authentic. Whether you’re in the mood for Irani chai with bun maska (next level!) or a stuffed mirichi (Yum!!) or something more filling like mandi, they’ve done a great job with flavors and quality.
What stood out the most was the management and staff — extremely friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. They make sure you feel comfortable and leave happy, which makes a big difference.
They’re new and already doing great. Wishing the team all the very best, and I truly hope they continue maintaining this quality and warmth. Will definitely be coming back!

This place is not anywhere near a restaurant. Quality of food, quantity of food, service , atmosphere- all felt like a poorly managed food court where tables were dirty, staff was impolite, long queue for ordering food (one might think the food is great but alas)and everything was average to bad. This was in the second week of opening where the new places are supposed to do well in all aspects. We ordered a lot of items but nothing is good and worth mentioning. Overall a disappointing experience.

Visited on a Sunday and the place was crowded. Currently, only the restaurant area is open with a limited veg and non-veg menu. Mandi is their main attraction. It’s a complete self-service setup — order and pay at the counter, collect food when your name is called, fetch water, find seating, and clear your own plates.
Tried the Chicken Nawabi Mandi ($20.99 before tax). The mandi rice was good, and the garlic mayo and green chili chutney added nice flavor. Presentation was appealing. However, the chicken leg piece was small and the sauce poured over it is what brought the flavor together.
The food is decent, but pricing feels high for a fully self-service restaurant using disposable plates and plastic cutlery. Also, offering freebies like bun maska in exchange for 5-star Google reviews doesn’t sit right, especially for a new restaurant. Honest reviews should come without incentives.
