A few days ago, my son and I went to the pearl bridge center. The parking lot was spacious and the store was cool and clean. I often eat Subway, but I have never seen a place that is as clean and fresh as here, especially bread. The staff members always greet me kindly. I asked the staff and they said they always bake bread on the early every morning. My son loves cookies here so much. I’m going to come more often in the future.

They are great! They don’t skimp on the ingredients and actually listen to what you ask for. I think the lady who helped us was named Joene and she was fantastic. So sweet and took pride in the sandwiches she made us.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst service at any subway on island. Asked for a kids size pepperoni sandwich and was denied. It was clearly for my son and while the lady was ok the on duty manager was not going to help me. Rude! Customer is always right so they need a lesson in proper service. Went to subway by the house and they had no problem making me the usual for our son. Just avoid going there period.

First of all there are lovely lovely workers that work here but the owner of this location was rude! Every time my coworker and I go there the ladies always greet us and allow us to custom our sandwiches to our liking. The whole joy of subway is being able to get fresh sandwiches made to your liking and being able to custom it, quick and easy. I usually like to add extra meat of one kind but the owner wouldn’t let me substitute it. I offered to pay extra as well just so there wasn’t any miscommunication but he persisted that they can’t do that. When they said we can charge the extra for the meat I paid and they proceeded to take out the extra meat out of it. Again it’s a bummer that they approached the situation like that. Most times the ladies that work always let us and other guest custom their sandwiches. It’s unfortunate that this happened considering how good the employees are. I understand if you can’t but the way it was approached and presented was just very rude and a little disheartening…

Came into the Pearl Ridge Mall to grab a quick bite, had Subway coupons so we chose their to eat, line was short which was nice, friendly service, got ready to grab a drink and only 3 items were available which all main items were out, then go to use the coupon which took 50% off a sub if you bought two footlongs and soft drinks… Which they didn’t honor. You think of not having ALL options readily available you would accept the coupon. All said and done, food was good, nothing to brag about though.

Went and threw my whole drink out because I did not like the way it tasted. The gal goes and tells me it’s a dollar. Worst service ever do not go here!! Should report they to subway corporations for that.
