So, the food here is good. But, they have really scaled back how much you get. A small value meal (compared to five years ago) with a drink for two being $29 seems a expensive for what you get. Everything is tiny — to the point where you’re hungry an hour or two later — meaning that it really isn’t a meal. I’m okay for paying a premium for good food. I’m okay paying less for less. But, I’m not okay with paying a premium for less. Ug.

Staff at register was very sweet. The last type of bread I wanted was apparently dropped on the kitchen floor, so I had to go with something I didn’t care for. There were two hairs on my plate. They would only take exact change for cash, which is absolutely ridiculous.

Had a togo order. So the 1st photo is what I got and the 2nd photo is what it was supposed to be / is as advertised on their website. This is the 2nd time I’ve gotten this salad and unfortunately similar experiences both times. For a Strawberry salad there were only about 3, maybe 4 strawberries. The lettuce was all core, butter white pieces. There were 2 pieces of pineapple both of which were as white as the lettuce. Now they were out of mandarin oranges and instead of giving an option to substitute it with something else they charge the same amount and just exclude one of the main ingredients. Also the sandwich I got as well was slapped together very messy. I had to take it apart to remake it in order to eat it. Very little to no care shown for now the 2nd time. Very disappointing considering how much this cost.

I ordered a family meal, bagels for the next day, chips, and an additional baguette. A baguette was missing along with the chips. The ciabatta cheese steak was ridiculously small. The baguette that we did get is so tough and dense. Definitely not how a baguette is supposed to be like. For the price we paid, I expected much more and better quality. Panera used to be a good place. I am very disappointed. I wish I could just get a refund for everything.

Food is good, but the staff is rude. Refused to change an order for Rapid PickUp to Drive Thru and was incredibly disrespectful about it. Sometimes people choose the wrong option on the app and it shouldn’t be a big deal to fix it since you can fulfill orders immediately when ordered in the drive thru. Ridiculous.

Do not trust them if you are placing an order on the kiosk, which you’ll most likely need to do because they won’t have someone out front, especially if you have allergies or food modifications.

If they cannot get 3 identically ordered sliced bagels right, would you trust them to correctly remove/add extra ingredients even if they are printed clearly on their own ticketing system?

Panoramic bread, always a nice place to go. Choices, split your order to 1/2 sandwich 1/2 soup or salad, the taste is great, and good proportions. Friendly staff.

I had a frustrating experience at Panera today. They were completely out of coffee, which was a major letdown since it’s a staple for me. The tables were dirty, with crumbs and sticky spots everywhere, and dishes were piled up on multiple surfaces, making the place feel neglected and chaotic. It was far from the clean, welcoming atmosphere I expect from Panera. I hope they step up their game next time.

Look at the tomatoes they put on their $17 turkey sandwiches. Soup was like cool sludge. The Fuji Apple Salad with Gorgonzola was dehydrated apple chips, greens, and red onions and cakey crumbs of Gorgonzola. $65 for 3 to eat this! Panera is expensive food for food that’s normally cheap the way it is. What we overpay for is freshness and quality and a touch of thoughtfulness for comfort food and to avoid other fast food. If you can’t give us that—no way. We would’ve had a way better meal from any grocery store deli.

The vanilla cinnamon roll was dry and old. They used to make their products overnight and serve in the AM. This roll is not fresh. Thankfully, I used the coupon for it and it was free because I would never recommend someone to buy one. It’s not worth the calories. So disappointing! When did Panera get rid of the old ones that were large and delicious? This is such a downgrade and it’s sad. Bring back the old cinnamon rolls!
