I’m writing to express my frustration with the extremely poor service I received today.
First, my order was messed up. When I called to report the issue, the representative answered the phone, said “hi,” and then abruptly cut the call. When I tried again, there was absolutely no effort to listen to what had happened or resolve the problem.
This is not just a mistake — it’s a complete lack of basic customer service. Cutting a call after answering and then not even bothering to hear the issue is unacceptable and incredibly disrespectful to a paying customer.
I expected far better from Papa Johns

Not sure what’s up but this PJ’s has been on a heater the past three months. Coincidence or new management? I’ve frequented this Papa’s for over 5 years, many times I’ve just had to bear it.
I’ve ordered 3 times since Labor Day and they’ve been excellent pies full of toppings and, as a former chain pizza maker myself, made by an employee that actually put forth effort-which is extremely rare in Seattle now.
Moreover, the employees seem communicative, coherent and not put off by your mere existence, and earnest working people for a change which again is a lot to ask for in current-day Seattle restaurant encounters.
Nevertheless, hope the trend continues!

This is the Best tasting pizza from a pizza chain I’ve had so far. THE WORKS pizza… at least from this location, is on point EVERY SINGLE TIME. It’s well worth every single penny. Stop being LAZY and order for take out. Tastes much better when it’s just out of the oven!

We went once and never again!
The service was terrible, the attendant did not give due attention to the service and from what seemed he charged another value of the pizza we ordered.. after we noticed something wrong on the receipt and asked about the normal value of a large pizza he simply said he didn’t know.
We ordered an XL pizza and apparently that’s not what they gave us, we had a pizza with irregular pieces, where some of them were super small.

Great place for a quick festive pie but night service is poor have gotten several errors with orders that they new they messed up, I received a comp for 1/4 messed up orders probably because that 1 time it was someone else’s order entirely. Even when they messed it up they said if you want the comp you have to pick it up with proof of receipt even though it was a online delivery on my account. You have proof, this is cleary not my order…NFG, they said you need to come into the store for a replacement… lol ppl are so delusional and backwards. Oh and no refund. Thanks Gabe.

I normally dig Papa Johns (since they got rid of John, lol) but this was a weird pick up.
I ordered the jalapeno bites and they were awful. Whoever is preparing the peppers for cooking simply have no idea what they’re doing. Why? because the peppers weren’t seeded and the proper ratio added back for mild heat. I love jalapenos, eat them almost weekly. I’m not shy about good spice.
The bad preparation resulted in an overly burning your mouth spicy dish that should have been mild with a hint of bite. Everyone who likes spice should be able to eat these from national franchise chain location with no problem, there is no “heat” warning on the description. Jalapeno’s are a beautiful pepper and need to be treated with good care. This didn’t happen. It was too hot and overpowered the gorgeous flavor of the pepper.
The dough was dry and coated in flour. The taste was uncooked floury and overly spicy. Even my flatmate, who *LOVES* pure heat with no flavor didn’t like these.
The second item, I’m not real sure what happened there. I ordered one of the papadia’s and it’s very specific, three ingredients only. The app will not let you add more.
I ordered pineapple, ham and the cheese blend. I wanted a ‘Hawaidia’, LOL.
I ended up with pineapple, ham, Cheese blend, and….About 2 ounces of Jalapenos. The picture doesn’t do justice to the amount of them in there. They were fully entrenched. And, you can see the seeds. Tons. Even after spending several minutes removing them, it was still pretty fiery.
I get it. Cook likes jalapenos.

After I was asked for my name and introduced myself, I was asked what I want to order, I asked who I am talking with, they kept asking what I want to order instead of introducing themself, I asked two more times, what is the name of the person I am speaking with, and they hang on me. Nice, I will not be ordering from Papa John’s there are other places where my money will go 🙂

I had a very bad experience last night with Papa John’s in Seattle. I ordered through the Door Dash app and paid in full, but my order was not delivered. Whenever I try to contact the Papa John’s team, no one gives me a solution, and there is no clear reason why my order was not delivered or to compensate me for the amount I paid. I paid him. It was a bad experience in all senses and I do not recommend dealing with them again for myself or any of my relatives or friends.

Very disappointing. The pepperoni stuffed crust was as thin as cardboard and the taste was on par, too. I feel awful writing this review but totally felt compelled to do so. The cinnamon dessert was okay though. I don’t normally ask for a refund but probably should’ve considering we ate only 1.5 slices. Threw the rest out. Such a waste of what could’ve been a great pizza. No more Papa’s for me!
