Ordered a steak milanesa torta and horchata for delivery. The torta was warm and tasty. Good size for the price.

I ordered the wiener torta and potato wedges. The bread was perfectly toasted and the torta itself was so flavorful. The food was reasonably priced.

Went there based on someone saying they had tortas cabanas and they were good and family member of theirs also liking it. Well ordered take out got the Cubana and was terrible couldn’t eat it was just oil on oil the bread was like a baptized beef in oil. Also got a taco de asada, chorizo, cabeza, lengua, al pastor and the only one that was edible was the cabeza. The alpastor asada we weren’t able to tell them apart. Chorizo tasted like dirt since it was burnt over cooked. The trips asked for them bien doradas and they made the tortilla crunchy not the trips. The language no estaba Picasa just two slices with the skin membrane still on it. The only ones that were edible were the cabeza. Dont waste your money spent 60 bucks that should’ve gone to taco bell instead.

Went there to get tortas because it’s my husbands favorite torta place. Went there and I had to get up to get served after waiting a while. There was absolutely nobody besides one server that kept coming in and out. They had the WORST service ever. Won’t be dining in anymore.

This place survives off of being gimmicky which entices people like me to try it out. They have “gigante” sizes of things like burgers, burritos, tortas, etc. To put things in perspective, gigante is at least twice the size of the “super size” McDonalds used to have. The burrito is like two and a half feet long. The burgers and tortas are pretty much layered cakes, it’s completely ridiculous! Not to mention as everyone else stated, the food surprisingly decent, but the conditions of the restaurant and service is a horrible show.

First off, before you even call I’ll tell you this…The woman that answers the phone speaks Spanish and ONLY Spanish. Three times I’ve called. The first time I ended up just hanging up and going down there (where I saw questionably very young kids possibly working the kitchen, one of which she had to have translate what I was saying to her.) Second time I attempted to piece together 7 years of unused Spanish and Google to get things done. Third, I just put my Manager Pacheco on the phone whose got my back! He easily put together my order with her.

They deliver, but the driver for some reason got lost for 15-20 minutes just going 8 blocks (she kept calling me from the wrong parking lot maybe a couple blocks away, but neither of us could understand each other so I gave up) After all hope was lost she shows up and then of course didn’t have any change so she got a huge $20 tip for nothing.

The place is usually a ghost town. It also is either family run or the cashier can never find a baby sitter as someone’s kids are always playing around or “doing things” in the kitchen (I hope they aren’t making them work as it seems REALLY sketchy.)

Overall decent food. Service and everything else is a mess. Like everyone else I wonder how this place stays open.

3/5 Stars

Tip: Learn Spanish before eating from this place

THIS WAS NOT TASTY! Clearly the fish was PRE-frozen NOT made a la plancha standards . The salad chicken was disgusting rubbery hard to chew and I feel horrible but one more thing the rice looked and tasted like over due left overs !!! I swear ! THE ONLY THING I LIKED IN THIS PICTURE WAS THE GARLIC BREAD !!! FOR A MEXICAN TAQUERIA! Restaurant what ever THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT EVEN GET A STAR AND BE ASHAMED OF THEM SELVES !!!!!! STICK TO ONLY MAKING TACOS !!!!!! NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN !! I AM BEGINNING TO THINK THIS WAS DONE ON PURPOSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lately, the food has been spoiled. It started with the salsa being disgusting, ruining the food you put it on top of. I don’t even know what they did to it for it to get so disgusting but it tasted like mold mixed with garbage. This last time, there was mold on the bread of my torta. I was halfway through eating it when I realized. It’s disgusting and I ended up getting really sick. I attached a picture. You can see it most at the bottom of the bread where it’s lighter and in the dips of the bread.
The prices are too high for what you get, even when the food isn’t spoiled and moldy. I’d avoid it. It used to be such a great place. I don’t know what happened.
