We placed an order for delivery and it was 30 minutes and it was supposed to be delivered at 11:30 for estimate , we seen the driver has not moved for a while. Then the status changed to our order was already delivered which was concerning due to the fact that we didn’t get our order at all. We tried calling no answer so we drove up just to find out that they’re closed ! My question is why did they let us order at all if they are closed. It was very inconvenient. I understand they closed early due to weather and snow but they shouldn’t let orders come through if your closed. Now we need a refund back since we didn’t get our food.

Pretty bad quality, pizza wasn’t cut right and slightly burnt. They use their own drivers for Uber Eats and he had an unnecessary slight attitude too. Not worth the price.

I Pre-ordered food at 9:30 PM to pick up for a 1015 pick up for when I get off work and I get there at 10:20pm They acted like they never got my order that I ordered for a Different store, Until I show them my email that they were wrong and it magically appeared on their screen 45 minutes later. The workforce is unbelievable these days, So lazy and unreliable! You’re better off cooking at home anymore! And this is The second time in a month that it happened at this store !

I just ordered pizza off the app from this store. After about an hour of checking the order tracker and it not moving from the prep faze, I decided to call. They picked up the phone, said they are not taking calls and hung up from me. So in other words, they literally just stole 27$ from me. I will never order from this place as well as I will be contacting better business about this!!!!

It has been atleast 10 years since I said I’d wouldn’t be back but I decided to try it again. Ordered plain chicken wings, well yes they have some sorta seasoning on them with a poor flavor definitely not plain. They had the texture of being raw, the meat was soft and tasted really bad. I put them into the oven tried to actually get them done they firmed up but still tasted bad. The pizza taste still reminds me of a cheap store bought frozen pizza. If I did not have a coupon I would seriously been upset with the quality and took it back.
