We have eaten at a lot of Krystals. It is one of our go to places when traveling. This Krystal is the BEST one we have ever eaten at. Krystal burgers were fresh, hot and right off the griddle. Better yet, the cooking of the onions was spot on. Joy, the manager of this location cooked them. She was friendly and personable as well as her counter help at the time, Cheyenne. We did stop in after the lunch rush around 3:00pm, expecting old burgers, but received the opposite, fresh, hot burgers, hot tots and fries. We plan to stop in again around Thanksgiving if we travel that route to Atlanta from Florida.

They served me these rock hard Krystal burgers on my #1 combo. I pulled around and told them they were too hard and I would just have chicken. They cooked me another #1 and it was good. Hopefully it didn’t have spit because I tore them up!

I won’t be going to this location anymore. My order has been incomplete many times and the food has been disappointing. I always order mine with no onion and after being asked to pull up and wait for 10 minutes or longer, when I get home I still find onions. Also, my last few visits there were no pickles! Come on Krystal! Let’s be a little more consistent!

Over $33 for 6 bacon and cheese Krystal’s and 4 chic with cheese 2 tots. Had to wait 15 minutes at drive thru, food was horrible the Krystal’s chick was no more then a chicken nugget on a bun. Drove 20 minutes out of the way to get some Krystals. First of all the whole place looks like crap. Sign out front is faded and weather worn. The order menu has broken panels. So when the lady told me it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait I was almost relieved. Odd thing is, there were only 2 vehicles in the entire parking lot. One more thing, when did Krystals start serving gold and diamond encrusted butgers??!!?? A number 1 is $9.00!!!! The sack full, 12 with cheese is $19.00!!!! Please just shut these eyesores down. Plenty of better options.

Walked in to order a milkshake and looking around it’s dirty and food is left out in the back. Waited at the counter for a good 10 minutes saying hello. You would think no one was working. Someone finally came from the back just for them to tell me “the machine isn’t working.” This is what they say when they don’t want to clean the machine which was told to me by a former employee. Not sure how the workers are always busy with no business.

The cashier was friendly but the food was trash! My burgers looked as if they were reheated (which isn’t always necessarily bad)…my issue is that it was reheated too long. The inside of my bun was toasty and onions were black. Krystal burgers are supposed to be somewhat soft. Why would you serve that to someone. $9 meal in the trash!

The way I see it, 3 ⭐’s is average but nothing special. 4 is great with little room for improvement, and 5 is practical perfection.
In this case, 2 ⭐’s are plenty!
The food was largely unappetizing, the wait was a LITTLE ridiculous for such a slow restaurant (there was literally no other customers inside the building), the store was a mess, and the kitchen was borderline disgusting.
The only reason I can even justify giving them 2 ⭐’s is because the fries were actually good, and the counter employee was very nice
Oh, and I think they accidentally used grease instead of soap when they mopped the lobby

Worst fast food experience ever, 30 minutes for food should never be acceptable, I don’t care what fast food restaurant it is, I would have had my food twice as fast at the Applebees next door. First and last time coming to this location
